I just picked up my new mountain bike from this fabulous locally owned bike shop. The owner, Scott, assisted me personally and was absolutely wonderful and helpful. He made sure to set the bike up for me and get everything dialed in before I walked out the door. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in the market for a bike or accessories. There is even a great selection of used and vintage bikes too! Thanks Scott and team!

Not the greatest shop I've been to. I paid 50 dollars to fix a broken spoke, they took off the rim tape that was reusable and brand new, worst of all it took a week, (mind you this was about 3 ish years ago before quarantine and I had a race the next week) but that’s somewhat irrelevant, the point is they put the spoke on wrong and my wheel wasn’t true at all it was about 3 millimeters off. Ended up doing it myself. I will never come here again, not to mention overpriced things. Employees didn’t seem too passionate about what they do but were a little useful. I’d recommend Elite Bicycles

I stopped in here once before and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn't spend a lot of money but they treated me like I was. I popped in again the other day to browse BMX bikes and sadly all the ones I wanted were sold out. The staff once again were really great and genuinely sorry they couldn't help me. This place has a great selection of bikes just not what I was looking for at this time they recommended other shops to me but I'll wait for them to get in the bike I'm looking for.

My husband and I came for a specific mountain bike but there were no bikes in stock. The one bike we had interest in, the guy wouldn't let us ride out to try it. Why is it necessary for a driver's license to ride the bike? We went to many bike shops and they let us ride it freely until we are comfortable. With such high reviews, we are extremely disappointed and must say the worst bike shop we have went to.
We weren't welcome to come into the shop and they made us feel like they don't want us there. We are very knowledgeable on bikes but we were just turned down. Other shops we went to offered

My first time here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate, and a timeframe for the bicycle to be tuned up. The estimate was right on and it took less time than they told me to get the repair back to me. I had questions when I went in to pick up the bicycle about a new saddle, and a new helmet, and they were very accommodating. Thanks patriot!

I've been coming here off and on for about 5 years, first bike was a Big Ripper. Scott helped me with some mild up grades to the bike back then and never complained about all the crazy questions I asked him. So this year things have been super crazy killed the small businesses and put people out of work... rough times( I was worried the shop had closed). I reached out to him to see if he was able to help build my wife's bike and if he had any good suggestions on a bike..... and again of course he did. The bike is the Covid 26 by S&M perfect for my wife, the bike turned out awesome

I've been dealing with this shop for about five years now.They are very knowledgeable in the bikes they carry and never push something on you that you don't need. The bike builders 👷♂️ there full information and they are always willing to share their wisdom with you.... if you ask. Me I probably ask to much and kill their vibe but they keep smiling 😃... help me out ... thank you for your great 👍 customer service

I would give this place ten stars if I could. They were extremely helpful in helping me out on the phone about a cruiser bike. They normally don't do holds but they held it for me, were extremely friendly when I picked up my bike. They answer your questions respectfully when trying to help you achieve your goal in soul searching for a good bike or accessories. Thank you again guys for the amazing bike. I'll always recommend this place to people.

When I dropped the bike off and picked it up, the customer service was excellent. I had my bike serviced (replaced shifter/brake lever and full tune-up) right before the pandemic broke out and finally got to take the bike out. It is shifting and braking smoother than ever. Good to find a quality local bike shop. Will have to bring my mountain bike in here as well.

Excellent customer service and very friendly. Helped us buy a new bike for my son. They did not push us to buy a more expensive and were VERY knowledgeable about the each model. I've found a couple other bike shops in town to have arrogant attitudes if your just a regular, casual rider. I highly recommend Patriot Bicycles if you want a laid back, comfortable atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. Prices are very good too.

Mainly for tube changes, they are quick and you know the prices upfront. Robby helped me out today with two bikes, one needed a tube change and the other needed two tubes + tire. $6.99 for tube +$8 for labor.
Was in and out within about 30mins. Robby went above and beyond, checked the valves, let me know what's going on, and helped me install a phone mount.
Definitely recommended!

As my lady and I were ready to go on an evening bike ride, I noticed that her rear tire was completely flat. I inflated it back up only to find out that it went flat again within minutes. I then took matters in my own hands, searched for a bike shop on the Yelp app and came across "Patriot Bicycles" in Citrus Heights.
