Let's face it, yoga gets a bad rap. It is not just for the naturally bendy types. No, you do not need to already be flexible, or strong, or skinny to participate. It is an ancient practice that benefits anyone wanting to fully engage in life.
From professional athletes all over the world, to those recovering from injury and illness, the embracing of the practice of yoga has provided millions with the means to better master their mind, bodies and life.Jen will be continuing to offer Sunday morning practices once (or twice) a month at Mojo's House of Yoga through the fall and winter.

Rogue Wellness Yoga is proudly led by Jen Marcussen, a Colorado native, and life-long practitioner of Yoga. She has been teaching Hatha Vinyasa (flow yoga) for 10 years and has completed over 400 hours of yoga education. Her classes are heavily influenced by her own Ashtanga practice as well as her own experiences using yoga to recover from injury and illness.
Rogue Coaching was born of my experiences taking control of my health and wellbeing. Experiencing life from both extreme strength and fitness and then from total de-conditioning, starting back from square one, I discovered the power of going rogue from the status quo. Refusing to accept that I had no control over my wellness, I went rogue.
