Dr. Boyman provides full spectrum gynecologic care for patients of all ages.
Her areas of special interest and expertise include: minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopic and da Vinci robotic-assisted hysterectomies and other advanced surgeries; the medical and surgical management of complex gynecological problems, including menstrual problems, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, abnormal Pap smears, vulvovaginal problems, menopause issues, and other Gyn concerns; routine and problem gynecologic care for our LGBTQ+ community, including hormonal and surgical care for transgender patients; and in-office ultrasound, sonohysterograms, colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial biopsies, hysteroscopies, and other procedures.

Do NOT see Dr. Rivera. She claims to be knowledgeable about complex conditions but that’s a lie. She isn’t even up to date with the literature on common conditions like PCOS. Additionally she will charge you her highest fee for even mentioning anything she considers non-standard. Regardless of if she actually does something to address it, she will charge you. Finally, she really doesn’t care. If you’re worried about something she will dismiss it and treat you as though you’re hysterical. Dr. Rivera is the WORST gyno I’ve ever seen.

The annual exam is one of the most uncomfortable events of my life, until I began going here. I see Rebecca Montgomery and she is one of the nicest professionals. She listened to me when everyone else blamed my weight for my problems. She was able to ask questions, order blood work, and make appropriate referrals. This office tries to comfort you in every way possible and it is very much appreciated.

Ryan Albertson is the MOST wonderful health care provider ever. I have seen her and Jane Conolly for many years and both of them have been so helpful with everything that I've had issues with. They are both calm, caring, and make me feel comfortable working through whatever is going on. Each of them explain medical procedures in simple and non condescending ways that make asking questions easy. Would highly recommend to anyone!!! Also the rest of the staff is awesome too.

The absolute WORST gynecological visit I have ever experienced. I unfortunately have an extensive history and have seen gynecologists since the age of 13. The last 5 years, I have traveled for work, so am unable to see my usual provider for my annual. From the moment Ryan Albertson, NP walked in the room, she was immediately off-putting and judgemental. I am a nurse myself, so I appreciate nurse practitioners, but her bedside manner was atrocious. Vtgyn is a one of a kind office. Dedicated to their patients, their staff is knowledgeable from the front desk to MAs to surgery schedulers. As a nurse in NP school, I don't often come across offices that go out of their way to accommodate their patients in such a professional, considerate, and respectful manner. Incredible, supportive, welcoming, all in a relaxing, spa like office! I could not have picked a better gynecologist to go to in Vermont. I was walked through my entire procedure (IUD insertion switching from the pill), always made sure I was feeling safe, never felt any judgement, was given space to consider my decisions, and took time to answer all questions that I had. I would recommend this amazing women run practice to anyone looking for a gynecologist in the greater Burlington area. I have Ryan Albertson and couldn't recommend her more highly!

I have been coming here for 4 years and the staff and doctors have always made me feel comfortable. Not only do they listen to my questions and concerns, they share their knowledge clearly and concisely. They are never rushed to move on to the next patient and you always feel like they care about you! I recommend this place to all of my girl friends.

The staff member that handles insurance issues did not follow through with her word in the final days of a difficult insurance situation where I was left helpless and the insurance company insisted specific offices under their provider network call them rather than the patient. She made me feel like I was burdening her and I apologized but I really was left hanging on a surgery I really needed. I complained to the doctor and said I was moving on from her office. The doctor tried several times to reach me over the phone so that her patient didn't leave with a bad relationship with her, and

Have had the best experience with VtGyn over the past couple of years I've been with them. Absolutely incredible group of women, creating a no-judgement zone that is amazing to be apart of. I recently had surgery, and I would recommend and trust any of them to do their job and ensure the safety of their patients. Dr. Jane Conolly was amazing, her and her surgical team made me feel right at home for my procedure and what an incredible bunch of women they are.
