Not accommodating at all to service animals!!!!! When we first talked to them about housing they said our dogs 1 pet and 2 others our service dog and service dog in training as my service dog will be going into retirement. They said that would not be an issue. They are only focused on how much money they can get. The second we said the dog was a service animal and their exact words were “service dogs don’t get a free pass But you can pay the pet fees per dog and it won’t be a issue but email us with all the info and we can get things started and go over everything ”

Agree with several other reviews. It is one of the worst company to deal with - rude, unprofessional and cheats.
Form the owner Lynn (the worst) to everyone that works here.
Demanded hundreds of dollar to sign one form for my refi and even after paying did not do it properly and wanted to us to pay again to make to correct their mistake. Absolutely the worst.

Absolutely horrible service!!!! They do nothing for our neighborhood but complain about our yards and house, theirs other yards in my neighborhood that look like pretty rough. If you do ANYTHING to your house or yard you must tell them and have it approved. It’s my house, you do not pay for it. They raised the HOA fee for no reason or explanation, we don’t even have a pool in our neighborhood. They don’t take care of anything, the front entrance could be so much nicer than what they have done. It’s over grown and rough. If you get ahold of someone there, they are very rude and don’t agree

If I could give this management company ZERO STARS, I would. They are the most petty HOA company I could ever imagine. They do things like send notices for a car being on the curb (obviously moved by the time I receive the notice), weeds in grass (after heavy rains & my husband and I both have full-time jobs—lawn maintenance is only for the weekend), a leaf-filled gutter (we don’t have trees on our property that produces leaves), and even for a number that faded on our mailbox. Those are just some of the notices I can remember at the moment, trust me, there has been more! We pay an annual fee

The owner must have some money spending problems or something because for some reason she feels the need to create issues to charge residents money for infractions that are beyond petty. Then, once you take issues with the charges, she makes up more charges to levy against you because abuse of power is her specialty. It's beyond heartless, pathetic, and petty. There is no stoop too low! The fact that she remains in business is no surprise after seeing how much she charges people, her customers, for normal, simple, fixable mistakes.

I have never left a review on Google but after my experience with Southern property management, specifically the owner lynn Tipton, I felt compelled to do so. I have been a property manager in Georgia for 25 years. I have never had to deal with the likes of a HOA manager such as Lynn Tipton. She is very rude, arrogant, spiteful and hateful. We are managing a house in a subdivision Lynn Tipton is the HOA manager. Without any proper notice and any good reason, she continuously adds fines to the homeowners account. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Hands down the WORST and rudest company that we ever PAID to run our HOA. We were very young when we purchased our home and had to learn many things the hard way but they are incredibly difficult to work with. We will definitely be more active in our HOA’s moving forward to ensure that we don’t deal with people like them again. They are ultimately the reason we chose to sell our home. The main lady (maybe the owner), Lynne, is AWFUL. We were miserable in OUR home of 20 years due to this management company.
