Food was alright but much confusion on the Groupon I purchased. Ended up paying close to what it would have costed without the Groupon. Oh well, at least they did throw in a pretty awesome piece of turtle cheesecake to try and smooth things over. Every, and I mean EVERY time we eat or get food from the Villa it is AMAZING!

I have always wanted to stop here having lived in Otsego for years. Had a day off and took the sled out for a ride and wanted to grab lunch. Stopped here and sat at the bar. The lady serving the bar was absolutely fantastic and recommended a burger and house made chips. The food was the best and I loved the atmosphere. Please stop here and help support local! Especially if you are out on your self, this is a great place to grab something to eat right off the trail!

We used to go to this restaurant under the old ownership and it was wonderful. We went the other night and had a terrible experience. Waitress told us the special was prime rib and appetizers were 1/2 off until… 7 pm. We rarely get apps but decided to try the crab cakes and asked for cocktail sauce. It took forever. They couldn’t find cocktail sauce so made concoction of their own. It was full of lots of horseradish. And they were cold.
We both ordered turkey dinner. One with mashed potatoes and fresh fruit. The other with waffle fries and coleslaw. The first one also came with yellow

We ate here for the first time yesterday, a Sunday morning. We loved the atmosphere and we all enjoyed the food, both breakfast and lunch items! Our server was beyond rude, which was a giant turn off and we almost walked out after the silverware was literally thrown on our table , but the brief interaction we had with other staff was just fine. We will give it another try at some point, and just hope we get a different server.

I prefer the new place/restaurant here now. It used to be Emma krumbees I miss the old gift shop that used to be in restaurant before, but the food and cleanliness is much better then previously. I worked there for just a couple weeks it was not kept clean at all. Nobody did their actual cleaning duties and the manager did not check or care about cleanliness. I went with my mom and had breakfast food was good and much cleaner atmosphere

Really wanted to like this place. Ordered chicken alfredo a couple months ago and there was a LEAF in it (and no, not a bay leaf, like a dirty leaf from outside). Decided to try it again today and ordered a… chicken sandwich…it was RAW. Cool to the touch and raw. Absolutely disgusting. Plus their chicken is so chewy and muscley that it’s inedible. Diner beware. Bummed.

The service was good. They are short staffed, our waitress did a great job considering all they are currently experiencing. Everyone in our group was happy with there meal. I thought my hash browns and eggs were slightly over cooked.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Whoever rated this place 3 or more stars is DELUSIONAL! I ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich through doordash. I received my sandwich and it was the worst chicken sandwich I ever had in my life. The chicken was huge and rubbery! It looked like plastic! I took one bite and threw the rest in the TRASH 🗑! Never eat at this disgusting place! Fake food!

The customer service was super good, we were attended by a very friendly lady who spoke English and Spanish, the food did not feel that it was very good, it is regular, it is not a different flavor or different from others. The food was fast, we didn't wait long and we didn't wait to get a table either. We ate 6 people and spent $ 120

Thank you to Bryan Gobel and the wonderful staff at the Villa Grill for our amazing dinner last week. Our Thanksgiving plans changed at the last minute, but I still wanted to treat our family to a nice meal…and Villa Bar & Grill came through with a delicious meal that made us forget about the traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Came here for breakfast the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I haven't been here before and will need to come back to experience the bar life at some point. The breakfast was very good and so were the prices. Apple fritter French toast was a good breakfast treat. Plenty of space here too if you want to bring a group. Really good hashbrowns and bacon too!
