Medina takes the cake for the worst landlord I have ever had an opportunity to deal with. She is almost never in the office, doesn't respond to phone calls or emails, doesn't look into service requests despite repeated requests, and is outright rude and condescending when you finally manage to find her in person. She hides behind the veil of what she calls 'corporate' (Speiker Companies, go check out their reviews) and and there is absolutely no way to get in touch with the parent company that supposedly makes these decisions.

I live her and love my HUGE apartment. Quite
However I miss our old manager Sarah. She was always friendly and smiling and always in the office.
the new manager does not seem to know how to smile and thats if you can find her she is never never never did I say NEVER in the office.
wonder how you get a job like that

The complex looks nice but the management is not honest.
In order to apply for an apartment, they require the security deposit, in full, up front. This is traditionally a move-in cost but whatever.
It was conveniently omitted that they could not 'hold' a lease for a few weeks and that I would have to pay for weeks I didn't live there.
The manager was dishonest about other potential renters and only told me after I spent $20 overnighting documents and checks that she rented out from underneath me.
If you do decide to leave a deposit, you have 3 days to withdraw your promise to
