Park Avenue Villas is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below. HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.

I love living here. Every day I’m grateful for the peace and neighbors I have. Management is great, I can always count on them and their help. Maintenance is spot on, they’re always on top of pool cleanliness & our hallways being free of leaves that pile up from the wind. Appreciate the effort and image they portray for the residents.

This place used to be really nice and loved it especially for its location. Now it’s RAT INFESTED!!! I have been emailing and putting in maintenance requests over and over to have this issue fixed but to no avail. The only thing that was ever done was a few sticky traps put in the kitchen that never worked. I had to use my own money to get rat traps that have poison and even in doing that there is still a rat problem. They don’t care! The refuse to take down the a/c unit in the pantry to fix the entry source or
to find the entry source from the outside and fix that. Instead they are busy painting

I love this place. It's so quiet and so clean. I have been here close to a year and love it! I can literally walk everywhere I need to for my daily essentials. The Manager is such a good person and always has a great smile and disposition to help me that makes it all worth it. She is Awesome! Everyone keep up the good work :) Ms. B :) I love my home
