Lived at the retreat for about 2 years and let’s just say if your looking to rent in Windermere, there are much nicer apartments for what you are actually going to pay. Their rent doesn’t match how the apartment actually looks, your basically paying to live in the area. Look elsewhere! The office staff is not the most responsive nor professional. I am getting charged to replace the carpet which I know we left in decent condition and they will be replacing anyway, as a result I’m not getting my deposit returned. Not to mention all the break ins we had in the community and they have yet to

Living here for the last 11 months has been amazing. Everyone in the office is super nice Chandra the leasing agent helped us get everything set up online and sign all the documents online. Chandra Brittany and Zack were all awesome and very helpful when we were getting ready to lease last September! Would definitely recommend leasing here!

If I could if this place a zero I would. They never answer the phone I always end up having to go to the office for simple things that can be done over the phone. When I first moved in I enjoyed it but the moving out process was horrible. The only great thing about this community was the maintenance man. Their were so nice and always welling to help. I’m so happy I’m leaving. Cars got broken into and also the garages the office never did anything to help but send out letters.

I am not talking about a mobile salon, my concern is about my health, you are not doing nothing about people dumping trash bags and litter in the main entrance. Today 07/26/21 I found three trash bags (Attached the pictures)

My best friend and I just moved here a couple weeks ago. The apartment is beautiful. Super spacious. Close to walmart, publix, and target. The area feels super safe. So far we have had a really good experience. Jamie in the front office is AMAZING. She is so kind and helpful and a great part of living at this complex. She is fast at responding/helping us out and truly a friendly person that cares about residents. I also can’t put into words how great the maintenance team is here. We had a few things that needed fixing when moving in (nothing crazy) and Orlando especially was great. The only reason

I lived at the Retreat for a little over two years and recently moved out because we relocated. I have since moved into another apartment complex and can say the Retreat is a lovely and special place to live. First, the location. It’s unbeatable if you work at Disney. But also it’s a beautiful area with amazing access to trails and parks in the surrounding Summerport area. With the construction of the shopping center across 535, you really have everything you need right there. The actual rooms are really well-designed. We had a model with a solarium and this floor plan offered so much more

The past nearly three years have been wonderful at the Retreat. The maintenance team and front office team are all so friendly. We’ve gotten to know our neighbours more too, and everyone is friendly to each other, a real sense of community. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues. The amenities in the community are great. Love the yoga studio and the pool area. Very close to shopping and some great walking paths. Would highly recommend to anyone.
