First I show up from NY and you tell me the apartment I paid for isn’t ready, seeing as I can’t be homeless I had to take a townhouse instead, first month moving in my garage ceiling molds, then I went to NY and my car was taken from my driveway, parked illegally, then towed I was gone for 3 weeks and was not notified about any of this until I show up and my car was missing, opened a case file for that. Then Summer promises to buy me and my mother dinner and to compensate for all the unprofessionalism yet she did nothing and we never heard from her. This place is a scam. You are just $$ to

Oh where do i start? I have lived here for little over a year now. My kitchen drawer still hasnt been fixed and lets not talk about the gates that still haven't been fixed. When I first moved in i was told the gates were being done, then we got an email notifying of the gates being worked on and yet they still remain open. We pay all this rent to not even get what rent covers. When My lease had to be renewed i communicated with a person in the front office to move into a 3 bedroom and each unit i was told was available was given away WITH A PAID HOLDING FEE! hOWEVER, there was a large increase

We live at Amara for over 5 years and my 5 Star is for the people that work here, nice, friendly, always ready to help. The maintenance team is excellent, dedicated and fast to resolve any problems.
About the apartment itself, is like many other condos out there, nothing special but clean, well maintained and safe.
Unfortunately some of the RESIDENTS come with bad behaviors and it doesn't help, but I believe it happens in many other properties too, and is not the management fault.

Charles and Raul came in very professional, skilled, knowledge, great listeners, and polite. They come fixed the problem and now I am a very happy resident. They are doing a fantastic job and appreciate them.

I've been a resident for one year, and my dealing with David Rivera has always been friendly and professional! David has taken his time whether during working hours or his private time to address my concerns, or advise me on what to do! Building # 5 is always clean and with David in the lead all the resident seem to lookout for each other! I would also like to thank the management team for quick and professional service they render each and every time I have an occasion to call them concerning repairs, or question I may have!
