I have lived here for 5 yrs because an error with paying once in 5 yrs I asked to have the $90 fee waved, they said they only do it once a year if you signed up for the washer and dryer package. So basically if I sign up for a $500+ package they would have waved the fee. Also because I disagreed with the policy they left me a 30 day notice, this is the type of treatment that happens. I will pay their rent increase 3 times this year tomorrow with the added fee.
Horrible policy, but Gisella, the property manager is super sweet and so are the maintenance men.

The apartments are ok but maintenance is awful!!!! If you have a problem with your apartment(a/c , lights, etc.) they claim to “fix” but when you keep putting requests in because the problem was NOT resolved, the main tench guy gives HORRIBLE attitude and implies that you’re lying. Don’t even bother to ask the front desk for any kind of help because she just says they aren’t “obligated” to help. It’s been THREE MONTHS that my a/c stops working for more than half the day, and during the summer it’s unbearable to be living in 86 degree apartment, and then they have the audacity

I have been living here at Country Gardens for 2 1/2 years. I feel so blessed to be here. I love my apartment and appreciate the office and maintenance staff. When I put in a work order maintenance is usually here the next day sometimes the same day. Lisa and Gisela in the office have been extremely helpful and kind. i would definitely recommend living here!

The office people are seriously very rude and at the least unprofessional.
Wouldn’t even give me an xtra 2 hours to wait for a tow truck to come get my car.
I see no reason to treat people with such disrespect very glad they were rude upfront and I didn’t rent form here.
If you are looking for a place be ware they will tow your car for the smallest reason as if they aren’t human and we don’t all have a bad day they don’t care!

I love my new place. It is very quiet at night and every one around seems to be nice people and keeps to themselves. The only complaint that i do have is at night there is not that much light in the back side of the complex near building 15150 and the light pole in front of this building does not work, the light only lasts on for a few seconds and then repeats turning off and on. Otherwise, nice place.

The first year I stayed here was perfect. I am not sure if they changed management, but since December of 2016, I have never had a day when I am not trying to contact them about all the problems going on now. I was cat-sititng when they gave me a notice that I owed $400 in 1 month and the removal of the cats in 48 hours. I did as I was told and tried reasoning with the manager over email (because she is never in the office) and after a week, agreed upon a payment plan, but before it would start, I would need to come to the office to sign paperwork. My apartment has been beautifully redone in neutral colors. The grounds are well-kept. Only wish is that the kitchen has been updated with more storage. Now to the bad thing unfortunately the pool cannot even stay open till the sun is down. It's not fair to pay for a pool can't use. In other Apartments I've lived in the pool was open late. Hear the pool is supposed to be open until sundown. But if you try to get a swim after work you will be told to leave.
