I am a native New Yorker and have built a career over the past 22 years as a wedding and special event makeup artist. My passion for makeup started at an early age with my mother as my inspiration. She had an innate ability in doing her own makeup as well as mine for school dances, proms, and ballet performances.
Anabelle is an absolute delight to work with. She did both mine, my sister, my mother, and my grandmother's makeup flawlessly. Anabelle is an excellent listener and is able to capture the look you have in mind almost instantly. She uses high-quality makeup that lasts HOURS! My makeup held up from 11 am through midnight!
I do not offer wedding hair services. I have an extensive wedding hair referral list exclusively available to my brides that have secured their wedding date with a signed contract and non-refundable and non-transferable date retainer. There is more time spent with the bride from the inquiry stage through the booking process as well as the day of scheduling.
Professional engagement photos are a special way to celebrate this time in your lives together, but also a great source of adding that personal touch to wedding details such as your save-the-date cards and your wedding website, just to name a few. Even if you don't wear makeup often, or have never considered having your makeup professionally done, you should consider a professional engagement shoot makeup for a number of important reasons.
Scheduling a one-on-one makeup lesson with me will teach you the skills you need with confidence. I love helping clients by sharing my professional techniques in a way that is simple and easy to follow on their own. A makeup lesson is catered to your skill-level, whether you are a beginner or more advanced in your skills, and are wanting to freshen up and refine your routine.

Finding a make-up artist that would make me feel my best but with natural make up (that would last!) was really important to me. I was planning my Somerset wedding during lockdown from London and didn’t know any MUA’s in the area; as soon as I came across Annabella I knew she was the one for me! I can’t recommend her highly enough. I had the most wonderful experience with Annabella when she did my make up for my wedding in October. From the trial day months before to the day of the wedding she was so knowledgeable, professional and also so incredibly lovely I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be with me. She surpassed all expectations with her amazing skills making up myself, my sister and mum, making us all feel amazing and the very best versions of ourselves. I am so thrilled I picked Annabella to do the make up of my bridal party. I booked in for a trial, along with my mum - who was adamant she wouldn't need her makeup doing on the day and was quite nervous about it all - and we both walked away with not only gorgeous makeup on our faces BUT also a shopping list of all sorts of products we didn't know we needed in our lives until then! Mum loved her makeup and was glad she gave it a go. It really felt like a beauty regime lesson in addition to a makeup trial - since then, both mum and I have a completely new cleansing routine which has worked wonders

I was lucky enough to have Annabella do make up for myself and my mum on my wedding day. I cannot thank her enough for making the whole experience a complete dream from start to finish. Annabella did my makeup on my wedding day in October 2020 and did an absolutely amazing job! I was able to trust Annabella fully and was continuously impressed by her professionalism, make-up and skincare knowledge/advice and the beautiful products in her kit. Annabel is incredible. Confident, kind and very knowledgeable, from initial contact enquiring about wedding make-up through to the actual day, she kept in touch and reassured me that things would be fine (despite Covid delays, interruptions and date changes). Annabel is a true professional who knows what she is talking about, understands her products and really listens to you as a bride, what your style is, what your day is going to look like, taking into consideration your wedding hair, jewellery, dress, etc and really matches her skills to your look. What a treat. Not only did Annabella make me feel like a million dollars on my wedding day... she fitted in like one of the family. My daughters and goddaughter who were my bridesmaids, were in awe of her work. A true artist in make up. She’s also changed my life with my skincare routine. It’s been flawless ever since.
