Innovative has sold us over 12 welders in the past few years both resistance type and Aluminum MIG/MAG, MIG Brazing and Steel. They always are competitive with the pricing but the service we get is invaluable. John has always gone above and beyond to teach a new technician or help diagnose any interruption with the equipment. We have 5 locations and repair roughly 800 cars a month and the equipment gets used heavily. John has always answered the phone when we call or he is very quick to return a phone call. In todays environment NOBODY is giving service like John. Highly recommend!

Amazing company with great reps. We work with John Bluteau directly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and I couldn't ask for better customer service.
