Toni McCullough was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, where she has maintained a successful dermatology practice since 1994. They say that if you love what you do, that you will never work a day in your life. Dr. McCullough truly loves Dermatology; it is not a "job" for her. Dermatology is her passion and her "fun" on a daily basis.
There are so many products and procedures available for aging skin that it is easy to get confused. Just remember that over the counter products cannot do what prescription strength products can do (no matter what the companies claim). The best thing to do is to protect your skin from the sun by wearing/using sun protective clothing, hats, visors, sunglasses, umbrellas, and sunblock (in the areas that you cannot cover with clothing or hats).

I called to ask a question about their how their laser treatments work, and the staff member I talked to was so ill-mannered and arrogant. Before I even finished my question, she cut me off and said I needed a consultation, but their next opening was in December. I then asked if it was through Telehealth or in person due to Covid, and she basically laughed like it was a dumb question. She didn't even ask if I wanted to book an appointment and hung up the phone. While the consultation and the wait time are things I can understand, her rudeness was not appreciated.

I went in as a new patient not knowing what to expect, I was being seen for a spot on my leg. I filled out paperwork &
before I knew it I was back in a room waiting for Dr Mccullough. I only had to wait a few minutes before she came in & introduced herself to me. As soon as she looked @ this spot she was almost certain it was melanoma. We she did an amazing procedure & cut it out to get it tested. I recommend Chatham Dermatology to everyone. The staff is great & Dr Mccullough is amazing, funny, great sense of humor. These girls get 5 stars for sure...

I was misdiagnosed by a physician back in July 2018, and treated with the wrong meds. In March 2019 Dr. McCullough new immediately what was wrong with my skin. After 9 months of a painful, embarrassing rash on my chin (that was so bad, it was raw skin at one point), within 2 weeks of treatment my face is now clear! I am so thankful to her for her help, treatment and suggestions.
I think she is very passionate about her job, cares about her patients (my whole family sees her), takes the time to explain what your diagnosis is and how to treat it. I highly suggest her as your dermatologist.

I'm very picky about doctors because of being put through the ringer by them when I was younger. I like Dr. McCullough, however. I feel she's thoughtful, practical, and really nice. She does not try to sell you products she carries (something that drives me nuts with other dermatologists--I hate going to the doctor only to have a sales pitch and she never does this). I have never had a problem getting an appointment with her when I needed one. No waiting months. I think the longest I've had to wait for one is 2 weeks. The front staff aren't always the most cheerful, but they are never rude, just

I went in and was diagnosed with a squamous cell carcinoma on my chest. Dr. McCullough scheduled me and the next day I was in and had it surgically removed. It was a non-stressful surgery and all the margins are clear. I want to praise this office and their staff! They are so friendly and professional and Dr. McCullough is professional, compassionate, and has always taken care of my skin needs. It is good to have someone who you trust and know that rates HUGE in my book! If you want satisfaction...call them. Worth the visit. Dr. McCullough and her Staff ROCKS!! Thank you!

Unfortunately, as often happens, as Dr. McCullough has grown her practice, the whole experience has deteriorated. Appointments - when you can get them (expect to wait, literally, months) - are rushed and show a great deal of disinterest and hurrying. She farms out cosmetic procedures to a non-physician who comes once a month and does one after the other laser procedures. Terrible experience, as he is also hurried and processing you through. And the front office is terrible. Expect to call and get an answering machine - no human being. The message is not updated (although it says that they're open

This is one of the most thoughtful and caring doctors, not just dermatologists, in the state of Georgia. She is up to date on current treatments, a great listener and a doctor who really cares about your worries and concerns. If you want a thorough skin check or treatment for acne or even bad psoriasis, Dr. McCullough will take great care of you.

I've been meaning to leave my review for quite some time. I went to this office on multiple occasions and was extremely disappointed by the treatment. Tonya, I refuse to address her as a Dr because she is not, gave me several unhelpful and unmedically sound tidbits of advice and put me on a small dose of antibiotics which I ended up taking for over a year. My infection I went in for never cleared up. It actually got worse. The antibiotics she put me on caused strands of bacteria to become more and more resistant causing me to get sicker and sicker. Worst medical professional ever. I wouldn't send
