Courtney ruined my face. She did a biopsy punch on two inflamed areas on my body and the punch biopsy scars did not heal properly due to inflammation. I have a hole in my face! Any dermatologist with actually licensing knows not to do this, all of this could’ve been prevented with a difference procedure. A simple google search would’ve taught her inflammation under skin will cause more scarring and tougher healing process. I am now working with a new dermatologist to get the inflammation resolved in order to fix the damage Courtney did!

I recently moved to Savannah and was searching for a new Dermatologist. I stumbled on this place via google search and was luckily able to get an appointment within a couple days. My first appointment was with Courtney Williams, the NP at the practice. She was so attentive to my needs and helped me solve all my acne problems, cant thank her enough!

I have been coming to this office for over a year, and I have always had the best experience with the front desk staff, medical assistants and the providers. Courtney has helped me get my acne under control! Dr. Pritzker has removed a cyst on my face and you can barely even tell it was ever done! Love this place and the staff!

Having been a repeat customer over the past year to this business, I want to advise everyone to please avoid this practice and save yourself some time. The staff and doctors do not value your time, due to the fact each time I have showed up for an appointment I have waited for at least half an hour to 45 minutes to be seen. A couple of times I have had to leave the room I was waiting in and ask the staff at the front desk if I had been forgotten about. I understand being short staffed, sometimes some appointments take longer than others, but the staff will neglect to warn you about that and leave

Unethical. I will never go back there. Appointment time was 10:15. Arrived 10 minutes early and finally left at 11:00. There were still four people ahead of me. The waiting room was full. RIDICULOUS DURING COVID My time is every bit as valuable and I want more than just a cursory glance, (which is all I feel I would have gotten considering the number of patients) especially at a dermatologist office. STOP TRIPLE BOOKING!!!!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! I had a skin tag that needed to be removed ASAP. I called on a Monday afternoon and was able to get an appointment the following morning at 915. I arrived at 850 to fill out my paperwork and I was leaving the building with my skin tag removed by 930. Courtney, her assistant, and all the staff were so nice and helpful!! I highly recommend Savannah Dermatology!!!

Five stars! The staff was very sweet and friendly. I didn't feel rushed by the nurse or the doctor, they seemed to genuinely care. They took my full history and asked important questions rather than just moving me through the door as quickly as possible. The procedure I was super nervous about took less than 5 minutes and was totally painless. I will definitely be back.

I have been a patient for 5 years, after seeing another dermatologist and being completely let down. I am so happy I found this office. The staff is very personable, and have a great bedside manner. I see the Nurse Practitioner Courtney mainly now and she was able to diagnose a pretty severe issue before it got too far along to be treated. I can't thank her enough!!
