My experience here was fantastic!! I had a pretty severe chip in my front tooth, they were able to get me in next day, fix it within the hour, and make it look absolutely perfect!! You seriously cant even tell that anything ever happened, and it feels exactly like how my tooth was before it needed fixing! The employees are always very generous and polite, and Dr. Dixon has always been very accommodating and and makes patients feel welcome. I come here for my regular tooth cleaning checkup, and am always leaving with a satisfied(and super clean) bright smile! :) highly recommend coming here!!

After a life time of having terrible dental experiences, Dr. Ross and his crew took care of my teeth without feeling embarrassed about the previous condition of my mouth. I feel healthier having a mouth full of my own teeth. They always make me feel welcome. They had to refill some of my previous fillings since they were not sealed properly from my old dentist. They are very thorough and you won't feel like anything as over looked

Dr. Dixon is an amazing dentist and his staff were very accommodating. I needed an appointment last minute as I was leaving for the holidays the next week and he fit me into his schedule with only a days notice. He did an excellent job filling my chipped tooth, taking additional time and care to bond it better to make sure the filling didn't come off like it has before. My tooth looks perfect, you wouldn't be able to tell that is was chipped and filled. 100% recommend.

As seen in the before and after pictures below, Dr. Ross did an incredible job on my teeth. My 20+ year old bridge on my upper teeth was failing and Dr. Ross recommended replacing the bridge with an implant followed by orthodontia so that the new implant would not bang on my lower teeth. He coordinated my five year care plan with a team that included himself as the General Dentist, a Periodontist to install the implant, a Micro Endodontist for the root canals, and an Orthodontist. Dr. Ross led this team with the precision of a Quarterback driving down field surgically picking apart the defense

Started out with Howard Dixon when I was still a teenager and got moved to Ross Dixon when I was considered an adult. Very professional staff and I never feel nervous when I step inside because I know they will always take good care of me. Dr. Dixon is very straight forward with you and that's what I like about him. All my appointments have been quick and easy!

This has to be one of the most annoying offices I have ever been too. I went probably 3 or 4 years ago and they kept trying to push things on me (things I didn't need). My account has been paid and they've had no problem taking money, but years later I still get calls about a balance...when there is no balance. I don't know why they can't get their sh*t in order, but it's the most annoying thing to deal with...YEARS LATER.

Best dental experience I've had! Dr. Dixon is top notch. I am in my mid thirties and have been to MANY dentists over the years. He is one of a kind. Honest, professional, and conservative when it comes to treatment. Saved me from spending hundreds with a less than honest office. His attention to detail is second to none.

I can't speak to the other reviews but will say that my experience with this dentist office was very disappointing. The front desk lady Sophia is very unprofessional and does not provide any assistance with coordinating insurance.
Keep in mind that this office only cover Delta Dental and if you are not contracted with this provider you will see a bill for a standard cleaning for $148! I informed Sophia up front that I was with Guardian and she did not disclose that I was out of network until the day of my visit at which point I was told there shouldn't be any additional fees.

I am grateful for having found Dr. Ross. My son goes next door to see Dr. Eric Dixon and so it was quite fortunate to find out that his brother works with adults and their offices are right next to each other. Dr. Ross is straight up honest and will tell you things as they are. I appreciate this because he's not trying to "sell" you something that you don't need. Dr. Ross is an excellent dentist and I the best one I've ever seen - I've seen many.

In my past, I have been known to be somewhat critical of medical professionals. When I turned 16 my parents let me drive and choose my own doctors. I did a bunch of research online and decided to give Dr. Ross a try. I went into his office and HELLO it was amazing. His office can squeeze me in with my crazy student schedule and they are fast, pleasant, and have a variety of free products so I never have to buy toothpaste!
Dr. Ross is kind and considerate. He will help you with what you need and not make you get things you don't. I would recommend him to anyone even though more patients means

Dr. Dixon has been taking care of my teeth for at least 12 years. Once I made a mistake of going elsewhere, and wound up very disappointed. Since then, I have never left Dr. Dixon's practice.

He's the type of Dentist, who, after a particularly intensive procedure, will personally call you to follow up and see how you are doing. He takes the time to explain what he sees, suggests, and listens

As most people, I loathe going to the dentist. However every time I go see Dr Dixon my anxieties are put at ease and I feel silly being so fearful. The staff is courteous and genuinely kind. They go out of there way to make you feel like you are a VIP. Example - I haven't been there in probably 5 years (horrible I know yes) but one of the hygienists still remembered me. Whether or not she really did or not, making me believe that, now THAT is good customer service! I would and do recommend this office entirely to anyone who wants to feel great about seeing the dentist!
