Like The place the Managers are nice Seems they have loyal people that do not have Any Idea when they will put a small effort on telling us just we can’t go to the pool .I’ve been Fully Vaccinated for 2 months ? Other pools are open ? No Bull about Life Guard's .It’s a Shame the Owners do not respect or Respond to FIRST RESPONDERS when We Took the shots we Stressed out and risked OUR LIVES AND YOU ,WELL LET US DOWN

I have lived here for a year. I will say the location is great. The 2 bed house is small for the rent and the kitchen can be problematic as it is tiny as well. Moreover you get 1 parking spot so if you have 2 cars, you will have to always worry about parking it on the road and that too may not be available in the night. If you just have 1 car and want to stay in a great location, this place is definitely nice. They don’t deduct too much fork security if you keep things up to date. The service request etc are also taken care of promptly

Plus points are -
1. Maintenance was timely.
2. Location as big stores are nearby.
3. Cost is a bit cheaper but you get what you pay
Negatives -
1. Management : I was shown some other apartment but next day when I went there to sign lease I was told that apartment was taken and then they showed me another one which was costlier than previous one. As I was short on time so I had to take that.
Another one is during pre move out inspection I was told everything looks good and I just needed to get things cleaned and not to worry about it much as they had to do it again for next tenants. I was

I lived at Arbors for an year starting from Feb' 18 and I will say I had a very good experience. I lived in 2 Bed 2 Bath and the rooms are decently sized with good decent storage space. There is ample of parking space in the complex. A nice swimming pool area where you can chill in the summer and fall. Target, Walmart, Bus Stops are right across the area. Clean and safe neighborhood. The only concern I would have is for the laundry units. Sometimes they are not clean, but after reporting it, I have seen that it was quickly fixed.
