It started in 1991 with remodeling company Fisher Builders & Remodeling Inc. which has then been changed to Get CashFlow Today Inc., flipping and selling homes to investors all over the world for Cashflow. They agreed to manage the property they way I WANTED IT, down to the most meticulous details: renters insurance, NINE pages of addendums I composed, rules for pets, smoking and others. All of this handled by the PM, without any issues.

We own six SF rental properties that are managed by this group. As a landlord, I deal primarily with Kevin, Sr. Manager. He is consistently professional and responsive, which has been a real treat relative to previous experiences. Also, with their management structure I have one point of contact for whatever issues might arise and, as I said, he is responsive and timely. I may not always get the answer I would prefer, but at least I know what's going on and feel that I have an advocate who will do what he can for me. As a landlord who does not live locally, that is crucial. I would recommend this

We grew our company based on quality work at a fair price. Working with Mike and Cashflow Property Management team has been great. We won't cut corners and Miles team will not either. It's been refreshing to work with a property manager that appreciates quality work and has the systems in place to execute work orders per property.
