I had a breakdown on the trace and had my bike serviced here. I got there around 4. I was finishing an unsupported south to north trace tour. The guys at this shop immediately took my bike and replaced my tire. Also my derailleur hanger was bent and the derailleur out of alignment and all this fixed , while I waited on the spot. I couldn’t have been happier with this above and beyond the call of duty service. I forgot the name of the young man who helped me be was just stellar. Even showed me an easier way to get my stuff tires off my rims as I had broken all my plastic levers and tire the side

I recently bought a full suspension bike that was a significant upgrade from my previous one. Scott and Ben showed me all I needed to know about it's maintenance, answered all my questions and did a great job fitting the bike to me. That has been typical of my experience whether I make a purchase or just stop in to ask a question. It never matters who is there, everyone is equally knowledgeable and willing to help.

Amazing service from Ben. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient in answering all our questions. He recommended the bike based our needs and was very helpful. We were still undecided on the brand and type of bike. Ben was one of the reason for us decide to purchase the bike on the same day. We loved interacting with him and found him very honest in his recommendations. Trace Bikes should be proud to have a staff like him. He helped us with loading our bikes to our car, good customer service. Overall good experience, I recommend this place. We picked up Trek Marlin 5 Volt to Miami green.

I recently purchased a bike online from Trace, great experience from the time I ordered to the time I picked up. Due to the ongoing shortage nationwide I had to drive from Atlanta to Nashville to get my bike. Trace was awesome at keeping me in the loop as to when my everything would be ready. I arrived at about 11am and they had me fitted and back out the door before lunch so that I could get back to Georgia before my wife got home from work. Great experience overall and great service!

I bought an awesome road bike from Trace Bikes, but as a senior rider who hadn't been on a bike in over 30 years, the services that meant the most to me were instruction on riding competently and safely, bike maintenance that included very patient (and repeated till I really got it) lessons on changing flat tires, and ongoing support for every purchase made there. Besides being a great bike shop, Scott and Michelle have led some fun group rides, such as full moon rides on the Natchez Trace!

Excellent knowledge and super friendly. Scott was very patient as he helped counsel me through the ins and outs of finding the proper mountain bike for my needs. They let me test ride several bikes and answered all my questions.
Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a bike somewhere else as this process is a lot about finding a bike that fits your body frame.
That said, I was so impressed by my experience, that it needed to be shared. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by this local shop. They are awesome people.
I will definitely be returning for accessories and maintenance in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trace Bikes: knowledgeable, friendly (and who doesn't love a store with a fluffy, nice dog? I rented a cycle and helmet from them to ride the Natchez Trace, which is less than two miles from the store (you ride a bike lane down Hwy 100).
They rented me a top-notch bike with great gears / brakes (good for those hills!). The friendly staff fitted me on the bike and were helpful.
I will go back and rent again. Thank you for a great experience and give your doggy a pet from me. Thanks

We just experienced unparalleled customer service today at Trace Bikes!!!! Michelle gave us her complete attention while our family tried out bikes, asked a lot of questions and picked out all of our gear. We left with three bikes that we love and fit our needs perfectly along with a lot of extra gear due to the great service! To top it all off we get a free tune up this year! I just can't say enough good things and highly, highly recommend them!!! They will always get our business!!! Check them out!!!!

I love Trace Bikes. Do they know their stuff about bikes? Absolutely. Do they care about customers? More than most businesses. They always try and greet me as soon as I walk in the store, whether I'm needing socks or a new bike. Their expertise and honesty go a long, long way with me. I love to ride, but can't troubleshoot shifting or tune a bike up. They take the time to explain (in layman's terms), what's going on with my equipment. I've seen them go out of their way when it clearly isn't going to benefit them regarding other customers. There are lots of

Great shop. Rented a road bike at $35 for 4 hours. More than enough time to get in a strong ride on Natchez Trace Parkway (added benefit of being able to ride it out the door!). They were ready with my bike, got my pedals on quickly and I was riding within 15 minutes of entering the store. Seemed to have a decent amount of bike selection as well if you're shopping to buy.

Superior service! I brought my bike in to get a tuneup. I was told that the turnup would take about a day or two. Later that same day I received a text from them saying that the bikewas ready to be picked up!
The people at the store are very friendly and obviously extremely customer focused.
I would highly recommend Trace Bikes.

I bought a Trek 8.3 DS bike from Trace two weeks ago and needless to say, after my experience, I will never recommend anyone else to purchase from here. For starters, when I walked in, I was ignored for quite some time which I couldn't understand because the shop is small. I finally got an acknowledgement from the owner Scott (5 mins after my arrival) who was helping someone else at the counter and there was a sales associate on the floor following around another customer. Scott then told the associate to assist me. The associate asked what I was looking for and I showed him the bike I wanted

My wife and I wanted to bike the Trace for a full day so we rented bikes from Trace Bikes. The amount of bikes to choose from is somewhat limited but the ones we did rent met our needs. Jackson, a staff member there, took great care of us. He made sure everything was suitable before we took off on our ride. He also gave us very good advice as to what part of the Trace would best meet our riding skills.

Prices on parts are better than what I could find on the internet and installation is free. Plus they did a fantastic job on the installation of a new cassette, chain, and cables. I'm not sure my bike worked this well when it was new. Only a 20 minute drive from town. This is my new go-to shop for my bicycle.

I bought a bike from the Trek website and had it sent here for assembly and pick up. They didnt call me when it was ready, I had to call them after a week or so. Then I went to pick it up and waited while they chatted about getting lunch. They didnt have fenders or baskets in stock, but the guy was nice enough to help me get it into my car (which is the only reason they get two stars). But when I got it home, the gears didnt shift smoothly at all and I noticed a large gash in the metal that they tried to hide by coloring it in with magic marker. I expected more for six hundred bucks.

Rented 2 high quality bikes from here to ride a short section of the Natchez Trace Parkway, which begins here outside of Nashville. Both were excellently tuned and well maintained. If you are in the area and need to rent a bike, or even want to buy one, you could do worse than talking with the pleasant owners of the shop who were on hand to help us out. Once you're done with your ride load up on the biscuits and jam next door. You deserve it.
They sell Trek bikes if you are in the market.
