I would give more stars because for the most part I really enjoy living here. The only downfall is whenever you need anything repaired, such as your air conditioning unit, they use an outside contractor to do the job. Which requires the contractor to get approval from the property manager before he can do the repair. Had to get my air fixed today and it should have been a quick 20 minute job but it took over 6 hours to get fixed because the contractor could not contact or find our property manager bc she's never in the office and no one ever answers the phones. It wouldn't have been so bad but

I don’t know where to start. I have needed to ask Copper Gate for more than I ever have in the 9 years I’ve been living here. This year has been challenging. I have been quarantined due to health and have been alone. No way of getting anything I needed. Stacey and Teresa helped me get food to eat, paperwork for help, maintenance and snow and salt and I could go on and on and on. The guys take care of anything I need, and everyday I see them out picking up. They make a great team. I don’t know how I can say thank you to them. They have been basically my only family this whole year. I will

I am so thankful for my home here! I can not say thank you enough. Throughout our current pandemic, times have been tough. Let me tell you what has been consistent, and a shine of light at the end of this pandemic tunnel. My home. I have never been so thankful for my home. I am thankful for the two ladies in the office- Stacey and Teresa. Wow. They have answered my tearful calls, they have guided me through these uncertain times- with a smile and sincerity. I have lived at Copper Gate Apartments since October 2014 and the manager has been the same since I have been here. There has been a couple turn overs with other staff members, however, they have always been very nice and caring people. The manager Stacey is awesome; she has been a wonderful help during these times in helping make sure paperwork I needed was quickly filled out in a timely manner so that I may continue to live at these apartments. Even before Covid times she and her staff have always attended to the needs that I may have in my apartment. I have not had to have many issues since

Do yourself a favor and find any place else to live. Our neighbors had cockroaches and didn't say anything so eventually they invaded our apartment, I told management THREE times and it wasn't until my husband went and ripped them a new one that anything was done. But good luck trying to speak with management at all because they're never around during office hours. They will raise your rent mid-lease and maintenance won't fix anything unless it's an emergency. Our cars were broken into on more than one occasion. We lived there for a year and hated every minute of it.

The grounds are well kept it's very open feels more like a neighborhood than apartments the office staff is knowledgeable and accommodating it was easy for my daughter to get moved in paperwork was simple especially for a disabled single mom out on her own for the first time. Thank you so much for making her transition smooth and easy ;)
