Q: I've never done Tai Chi before. A: Yes! It's a slow-paced moving exercise, combining meditation with traditional martial arts. Think of it like a slow dance routine. It's follow-the-leader with our movements. Every class has 1-3 new people rotating each class, with enough veterans for you to watch and imitate.
We're a group dedicated to preserving and sharing Chinese culture through the ancient art of traditional southern lion dance. From the vibrant music to the agile kicks and jumps of the lions, crowds loves the energy our crew brings to celebrations. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, the opening of a new restaurant, a birthday or Chinese New Year, our team is ready.

This was my first experience with a martial art and I'm so glad it was here with Shifu Lei. He (or anyone else in the class) never makes you feel inadequate for doing something wrong or not picking up on things after several times of doing it. I always felt encouraged and supported without being embarrassed when I repeatedly needed to ask for help. He pushes you to surpass your limits and that is just what I needed. You will certainly get a wide range of skills and knowledge with your time here. I'm extremely grateful for all that I learned from Shifu Lei!

My 8 year old son has been coming to Shifu Lei since December of last year. In that time it has drastically helped him with managing and processing his painful emotions from bullying at school, given him so much confidence and a huge sense of accomplishment where he can see the progress he’s making week after week.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience, professionalism and incredible care Shifu Lei takes with his studio and my sons Gongfu practice.
