After serving 22 years in the Military you come to understand that leadership is not about attending to the needs of yourself, but serving those in your charge. Jesus gave us the same example through his life on earth. I love serving people and cooking great BBQ. I couldn't think of a better way to do what I love than offer you a commitment to excellence in serving your food service needs.
Now my "work" is great Bar-B-Que and YOU! Those 22 years were filled with a lot of sacrifice, but also with some amazing opportunities. I've traveled quite a bit and have experienced BBQ in many places and in many ways. I've assembled a collection of BBQ favorites but can't deny my Texas roots. I hope you like it.

It's melt in your mouth good and seasoned with Flying M's special pork rub that has a Texas twist. It will keep you coming back for more. Juicy to the bone chicken that's smoked for 4 hours and glazed with our Flying M BBQ sauce. Chop beef "samich" - Pulled Pork "samich" - Chicken Salad "samich". If you want us to put ribs between two pieces of bread.ok! Rib "samich" if that floats your boat.

Amazing BBQ! The meats are phenomenal themselves but the sauces and sides are fantastic too. My family tries to visit as often as possible. On multiple occasions when people have come to visit us here in Texas, we make sure they get some Flying M. Family owned and operated and they are wonderful people too. My toddler son can't get enough.

This is an outstanding family owned spot with delicious BBQ! The fall of the bone ribs didn't even need sauce. The brisket was tender and easily pulled apart with my fork. The chicken was juicy and tasty. The prices were more than reasonable for the amount of food I got. I will be visiting again. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely the best Bar-B-Que ever!
Pulled pork awesome flavor adding their mustard-based barbecue sauce really rocks the flavor. The sides unbelievable the loaded baked potato casserole nothing like I've ever had before wonderful. Mac & cheese absolutely awesome. Didn't get to try the coleslaw but the dessert was Oreo cookie mouse creamy delicious it was to die for. Unfortunately I missed out on trying the brisket . Bar b que this good goes fast ,they were sold out of brisket by 1:30 , I ask everybody how it was they said fantastic Q . I was thoroughly impressed by the quality
