We are a unique psychotherapy practice offering a variety of specialized services to facilitate growth, healing and lasting change. We work with our clients interactively and strive to provide them with tools needed to create solutions for issues in their lives and relationships. Our approach is simple, straightforward and caring.

Our Los Angeles based practice includes individual, couples, and family counseling. We also provide teletherapy sessions and consultation services to help individuals who live outside of the Los Angeles area. Our theoretical orientation is eclectic, often incorporating cognitive-behavioral strategies in combination with EMDR, affective and holistic approaches.

Lynn Ianni, PhD, MFT, conducts brief, interactive psychotherapy and EMDR with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing teletherapy approaches as well as maintaining a private practice in Los Angeles, CA.

After graduating from college at the age of 19 and completing her Master's Degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame at the age of 21, she has continued practicing psychotherapy for more than 35 years with a broad spectrum of clients.
Our psychotherapy practice specializes in interactive, solution-oriented counseling. We view therapy as a means to provide the tools needed to complete recovery and achieve resolution. Our goal is to facilitate lasting change and healing through brief intervention. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an extremely effective technique for use in Trauma Resolution.
After spending the weekend in semi-isolation and reflection, I want to send you all my heartfelt wishes for your physical and psychological health and provide some reassurance and strategies to manage this challenging, difficult time.

You've already been inundated with practical measures, so I will try not to be redundant but instead just address and hopefully alleviate some of the psychological distress and emotionality inherent in a pandemic of this proportion.It's totally ok to feel whatever you're feeling, so express your feelings in healthy and constructive ways.
My parents don't seem to understand the severity of the situation we're in, and they keep dismissing my concerns as 'panic' and telling me that everyone is overreacting. How do I get through to them?. My dad finally started staying home, but he lives alone and it feels like all he does is complain about being bored and stuck with nothing to do.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You will receive a monthly statement providing necessary information which can be submitted to insurance companies or other third-parties to seek reimbursement for fees paid. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
