I'm CJ with LA Performance Therapy. I use a Mindfulness-Based approach to help creative people maintain a healthier and more productive mindset. Mindfulness Practice is developing capacity to keep an honest but friendly eye on our thinking. As we get better at this, we begin to notice moments when we would rather be right, than be healthy.

Coming to Los Angeles Performance Therapy in Hollywood has really helped me to manage stress more efficiently and made me much more calm and easygoing. I would recommend LAPT for anyone looking for a more modern and drug free approach to wellness, through mindfulness and meditation practices.
