As a clinical psychologist I spend time studying, in an attempt to understand the problem(s) that an individual client would like to address. I focus on a client's strengths, capabilities and goals in order to find understanding, meaning and/or a solution to the problem(s) that blocks or interferes with their happiness.

Just got a phone call from Dr. Bockur. I was so excited to finally be making an appointment, but all she cared about was getting paid. On the phone the only conversation was "insurance"!
I informed her my insurance referred me to her.
This doctor is cold, rude and cares to much about money.
It was by far the most uncomfortable conversation.

I went to see Dr. Biana a few years ago. I agree with one of the other reviews about her approach being extremely cold, robotic and uninterested. I understand as a therapist you can't let your patient's problems affect you, but she seems generally disinterested and it shows. I kept seeing her for a little while, but it was not at all helpful. Getting a degree does not make someone a " good " therapist.

I've been seeing Biana Bochkur for a little over two months. She is helping me at the moment, with my situation. I have to say every time I see her I feel that the sessions are helping me. Not only is she helping with my depression but also she has a lot of useful information that helps me with other things that help me deal with little bumps that I might encounter that might affect my mental illness. I'm very satisfied with Biana Bochkur professionalism and how she makes me feel comfortable to the point were I can sit down with her talk to her about what's on my mind and

First things first, I have never ever written a bad review about a business in the past. Not because, I have never ever encountered bad service before, but because I've never wanted to be THAT guy. You know, that annoying guy who complains about his food or sends it back. Whenever I encounter bad service I 98% let it go (giving them the benefit of the doubt...thinking "Oh well, maybe they are having a bad day. I'm sure this isn't who they really are."). So the fact that I'm writing this review should not only speak volumes in general, but it should hopefully help validate
