Such a lovely place & seems to be black owned and ran (which I enjoyed). The workers are chatty and friendly and the prices aren't bad. You can call in and set a reservation or walk in and wait for an opening. I would give them a perfect five stars if they had massage chairs which are my favorite part of going to a nail salon. But the workers give amazing foot massages instead. I loved my nails and toes after and they both held up for weeks without a chip or crack.

Visiting from Chicago. I had a great experience here. My manicurist was Ja'Lisa who is lovely and did one of the nicest, longest lasting manicures I've had. The salon is relaxing and friendly. If you're staying at the Peabody, this is the place to go!

My planned one-week visit to Memphis lasted two weeks longer than expected, and I had not come to town prepared to manage my own manicure needs. Jacie and Misty at Pretti Nails came to my rescue! My fingernails were in particularly tough shape, and Jacie was incredibly gentle in cleaning up my cuticles and building extra support into my nails, which were weakened from my hatchet-job home manicures since the start of Covid. I read some of the other reviews and from my experience these ladies are as professional as they come. My technician was Misty and during a busy holiday weekend she was very patient, professional, and gentle with my rough man hands and feet. Thanks Pretti Nails team will be back again soon..

Please do me a favor and do not waste your time at this place. The first time I went in, I had an appointment for gel nails with Jacie. She showed up OVER 45 minutes late that day, with barely an apology for me.
I always believe in second chances, so I decided to try Pretti Nails again a few months later. My appointment was scheduled for the 4th of July. I called to confirm with Jacie the week before because of the fact that it was a holiday, and the girl who answered the phone said she would check with Jacie and get back to me. It took 3 hours for a soak off and gel manicure. I asked for a different technician after the first girl clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I asked for almond shape and these are oval and weird. I think the pictures speak for themselves. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice but I will not be returning.

Quite frankly this place will receive 0 stars from me. They are classless and they gossip about the customers. I tried to support a black owned business, but they proved to me why I shouldn't. Apparently, they are closed on Monday's. I found this out when I called all day to cancel. Apparently, canceling 24 hrs before your appointment is a 50% payment for whatever your service will be. Canceling on the day of the appointment and you will pay for the service that you were supposed to receive.....meaning 100%. Basically, you're giving them free, unearned money.When I explained that

Visiting from Oregon and I came to Pretti Nails for the first time on Tuesday March 23th. When I entered I couldn't help but notice the modern decor, plants, the beautiful antique chairs and the BEAUTIFUL nail polish wall!
EVERYONE inside spoke to me with a welcoming hello. I was then directed to my nail technician Jayme who was ready and waiting.
I was instructed to wash my hands and then pick out my nail color. I felt so pampered from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. So much so that I was booking an appointment for my Mom and Grandmom the following week before

After calling around to some booked nail salons, I came across Pretti Nails and got in touch with Jamye. She was able to get me in and got right to business! This was my very first time FINALLY being able to be serviced at a Black Owned Nail Salon! Jamye was very professional, thorough, clean, and she took her time! The owners are very professional! You can schedule online or call. They do provide mask for a small fee. It's Black owned. There is plenty of parking nearby. It's very colorful, unique, and clean! Ashely and Misty serviced me. I would certainly come back again and recommend Pretti Nails! They have quality polishes and a galore of colors! They accept debit and credit cards! Loved my nails! Staff is nice and seem to have a lot of experience, both my manicure and pedicure turned out great.

This was my first time here and the best manicure I've had in a long time. I had my SNS polish removed and got a basic shellac manicure. Usually I come home after a manicure and obsess over how uneven my nail shape or paint job is, but not this time! Love the mattifying top coat too. I'll be coming here again the next time I'm in town!

I found this salon randomly on Instagram, they're literally 5 minutes away from my home so that's a major plus. They take walk-ins but I suggest that you book online because they're busy.
