The place is stunning and it was amazing. We got a volcano pedicure and I got a full set files into oval. I’ve never had someone actually help me pick a shape to make my hands look so dainty and put together and she was so kind and made my nail dreams come true. I left feeling so pampered. Can’t wait to go back for a fill!!!

I come faithful every two weeks for a fill in and pedicure. I usually pay no more than $75 for both services. However, yesterday I was charged *$130* for a an acrylic fill-in and a pedicure. I was the last client to leave, and honestly, I feel taken advantage of. I don’t even pay that price for a NEW acrylic set with a gel pedicure. I questioned the nail tech several times about the pricing, and she refused to answer my questions about how she came up with that extremely high price. She gave me a *free* bottle of cuticle oil to smooth things over… I will not return.

Our first visit was not up to par for the price we paid. First we was weirdly greeted as if two people have never been seen dressed similar with all eyes on us which we are use to now. We feel celebrity now but dang.... Every time we had a request the pedicure tech had something to say to the other tech. Request was only to knowing our feet not to tell someone there job. Our feet still rough and scratch covers. Paid almost 200 for the both of us for poor service. So not impressed an wouldn't recommend. We went to get pampered and relaxed after a long week an guess they assumed we never had pedicures

VSL has been my go to nail salon for years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They've seen me through some badly broken nails and more! The owners are friendly, the techs capable and skilled, and every staff member there aims to make it a good experience for the customer. Nahi and Kelly are excellent at what they do, Kevin is also talented. The other clientele is generally nice as well, no bad vibes here! It's best to make appointments but they do accept walk-ins as able. 5 stars isn't enough for this amazing nail salon!

I arrived at this location on Tuesday at 10:50 am (they opened at 10 am). There were 2 other customers being assisted and 2 employees sitting on stools at the back of the salon. I was warmly greeted and I chose my polish and dip colors. I informed the woman at the front counter that I needed to soak off my current dip polish while getting my pedicure. She acknowledged my comment and promptly directed me to a pedicure chair. The water was lukewarm and they never turned on the jets. I waited for 10 minutes and then asked if it was possible to start soaking my nails while waiting for someone to complete

Visited this nail salon a couple of times, the last 2 times I have been there, I was disappointed, I went back to give it another try because the location is convenient for me, the gentleman that did my nails & toes started off very nice then just started yanking my foot I guess I didn’t have it in the direction he wanted it, but don’t just yank my foot. & then when you say something they act like they don’t understand what you’re saying, when in fact they do.. I probably won’t be visiting this place again…

First time at VSL Spa and I have to say I was quite impressed. I tried booking online first but never received a confirmation for my appointment. Was told it’s best to call as no one ever replies to the online booking….just an FYI for those trying to book an appointment online.
I was seated immediately for my spa pedicure and it was wonderful! My feet were given so much attention and I was completely relaxed. I was not rushed and great attention was given to each toe😊.
On to the manicure. Kelli helped me pick out my colors and I love the OPI Perfectly Neutral! Highly recommended for French

Set up like a bar with wine bottles all over but don’t even offer drinks not even water. Came in at 9:30 AM didn’t get seen until 10:00 AM. They just had me sitting in the water for that long and I was the first person there. The very short lady with the punk rock hairstyle and tattoos was unprofessional ….didn’t even speak to customers as they were coming in ….just kept pointing people around telling them where to go. My pedicure was basic AF …and gel was $55. Never again. nothing done here to make me return and for the prices I would

The establishment is clean and presentable but they rush through your service, over charge and will nick your cuticles. I went twice and they cut my cuticles on my toes. A different toe each time! Also, their nails do not last long. They will break off a few days after getting them done. Do not waste your money.
