Our landlord Jen has been amazing and very helpful in addressing any issues that may arise. This place is safe, community-based and the pool is nice. The gym is small but has the equipment we need. Apartment is spacious, has washer, dryer, dish-washer and we have had no issues with those things. The animals in the community are so calming to have around all the time. I would recommend this place to all who want a more quiet side of Ann Arbor. This place is minutes away from all that Ann Arbor has to offer, without the crazy business.

Do yourself a favor - don’t live here. Have lived here for only a year and a whole host of issues happened.
1) The air conditioning broke during 95+ degree temps, 2) the heat broke during subzero temps. Both issues had to be escalated to be resolved in a timely manner.
3) My upstairs neighbor flooded my restroom and we were told we needed to clean up the sewage ourselves. 4) There were warning signs posted about car breakins happening lately.
Unless you have the patience to deal with an old apartment complex and property management who don’t care, don’t live here.
