I’ve trusted John and his team with my car and renter’s insurance since I moved to the Twin Cities 20 years ago. I always enjoy my yearly visits to the office, as it feels more like visiting a great neighbor (the office is right in my neighborhood!). Brenna works at John Arens State Farm and although I haven't interacted with John directly yet, I can say that Brenna is relentless in her effort to help get me connected with my lowest rates. John Arens himself called me to talk through my policies and helped me feel comfortable with my coverage and the costs. He gave me some helpful advice when I asked for it - even though it meant downgrading one of my car insurance policies, and I really appreciated that.
Brenna is an associate that I speak to when I call the office. I call maybe twice a year and start to introduce myself so she can pull up my information but I think she remembers who I am right away and generally what my policy is. I think she remembers because I can't believe that she would have my information pulled up and skimmed

I highly recommend working with John Arens at State Farm Insurance. We've been with them for over 20 years and are very happy with not only the products, but also the service and mainly the people - they are like family. They have been with us through the years as our family grew and our lives changed - home insurance, car insurance, boat insurance, life insurance - we have everything through John's office and would not consider changing. The prices are very reasonable and they are always looking for discounts for us. It seems every day I get a flyer or email about switching insurance
