There is black mold growing out of the vents and in the bathrooms. They say they will steam clean the carpet everytime you renew the lease. They never did this. When our laundry was stolen from the laundry room they blackballed us and wouldn't review the video until I called the police. They shrugged their shoulder all 3 times my son's bikes were stolen off our porch. Cars are constantly broken into.

EDIT: They've been improving the apartments and work with you to make it the home you want. It's a process but it's well worth.
Half/Half review. The cost is very affordable and they often have specials that lower that even more! They have Fiber cables installed through ATT so I get super fast internet for a good price. The apartments themselves are nice renovated and not. Parking is awfull after everyone is home from work so god forbid you get home late or have to get groceries then walk 130 ft to your door (that has no porch light or rather any light in the next 10 feet of the porch). The dishwashers

I had previously givin a bad review on the apartments and the Head manager stepped in and adressed the problem in the most professional manner. I was quite impressed with how she handled the problem. If someone doesn't do a good job I will say something and if someone does a good job I am man enough to acknowledge them as well. The Head manager did her job very well today and I really appreciate that.

I loved my time living here. I never had any issues! The buildings are a little older so with that does come some maintenance issues but they are always quick to respond and get everything taken care of! The office staff and the maintenance are amazing. I would strongly recommend- its been three years since i moved out and sometimes I wish I could move back in, my current staff sucks.
