I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased I was with the interactions I had with Matt yesterday. He worked on my assistant's computer while I was in the office, and he was quite helpful both in his responses to my questions and in his ability to solve some problems we have had. He was able to show me how to print from the Mac in our office without having to go through the VM Ware, which saves such time.

Alltek Services provided the local technical support we needed to get our business going . They set up our computer network, migrated us to Office 365, and are now working to install VoIP phones for each employee. Their help desk is also responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Alltek to any Lakeland business that needs IT support.

For over 2 years we dealt with constant syncing issues, sometimes daily sometimes weekly but always something!
The owners of our tech company knew from our persistent calls, their system wasn’t working but they never offered a solution.
After our initial meeting with Alltek, Tim came in, established what our needs were, set us up via onsite and remote sessions and the rest is a very pleasant history that lead to our current and I’m sure, long lasting contentment.

The Alltek team is amazing. The are super efficient and very friendly. We went from having one internal IT person to this wonderful Alltek staff. Anyone you talk to Tom, Sam, Matt, Rick or Chuck to name a few all go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied and if you are like me and do not know a lot about computers they will walk you thru it. When I couldn't find something they even sent me a video to my cellphone to help me find it, it is like they are right there with you. I can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone. Very professional
