The creation of Aspire Fitness Walnut is to provide a personal training experience for those who want effective results with one on one guidance. We've helped hundreds of people in the Walnut, Diamond Bar, and Rowland Heights area and we're dedicated to help even more! We want to be more than just a class to the many health conscious individuals who walk through our doors.

We want to provide coaching for not only workouts and exercise but also for diet and nutrition.

Love this place and people! Challenging and fun workouts pushes you mentally and physically. They are all very helpful and will make sure you get in shape just show up to class !

I had Phill as a trainer 2 years ago and he got me to my best shape ever!! He guided me every step of the way and helped me gain confidence in lifting weights.
I recently called him up to start fresh again and he is still the same friendly and energetic person ever!! Hes excited to help me get back on track. And he gets me excited to start working out again, especially after a baby. I've seen amazing results from my body from his sessions so I wouldnt go with any other trainer. Hes awesome, always pushes you to do your best and the sessions are always fun.(:

Down 8 pounds and it’s only been a month! I bought the 24 session package and it’s honestly been a great change of pace in my life. I switch off between Jasmine and Phill and they’re both so great. Their workouts kill me and I feel like they really care about what they do. They write meal plans here and I think that was the key to my success. I still have a lot of sessions left but I’ll definitely write review when I lose more weight!

Been training here since the gym opened and I’ve definitely hit all my goals. Just here maintaining and improving on the things that Phill recommended.
So far I’m down from 170 to 159 in the course of four months and I couldn’t be happier. It’s been a while since I’ve seen my abs and with Phil’s nutrition tips I’ve maintained it so far. Definitely would recommend this gym if you’re in the Diamond Bar/Walnut area!

Came here with a friend and signed up for the $600.00 a month with my friend and we love the progress that we’ve been seeing!
We both wanted to get more toned and after training with Jasmine, we definitely see and feel the results. Every session with her is so hard but she makes it fun somehow!
Overall, totally worth the price. Love the gym. Love training here.

This is my favorite spot to work out. Perfectly sized and Phillip makes you feel welcomed and motivated, ready to work out. Phillip takes away all of the anxiety of joining a new gym and working out for newbies. I promise that you won't regret joining this club. Thanks a lot Phillip!!

Really awesome new gym in Walnut! The staff is so friendly and they have everything I need. I really enjoy the privacy I get when I workout here and the personal training is on point.
Jasmine is such a great trainer and Phill is an awesome and funny guy. They’re really good people and make for really great trainers!

Love working out here since it’s such a quiet environment. This gym has everything I need for both working out and for boxing. It’s spacious and even has a yoga room so that I could stretch.
Overall, amazing gym in Walnut. If you’re in the area come check it out!

Been training with Phill way before he started this gym and I have only good things to say about him. He's been so much more than a trainer and is honestly such a great friend.
What I love about Aspire is how he implemented his style of training to everyone that works here. He really focuses on caring for his customers and you can really tell within every workout.
If you're looking for a personal training gym. Aspire is definitely the place for you!

When it comes to working out at the gym, I am usually very self conscious and some what awkward, therefore, it's no surprise I am very nervous when I decided to look for a personal trainer, but I have to say, I am super-times-infinity lucky to have found Phill, he is everything I've wanted for a personal trainer.
Professional, Punctual and Perfection doesn't begin to describe the Session I have with Phill; when working out with him, I am enjoying myself very much, it's like hanging out with a friend; I always look forward to our next training session. The work outs are fun and

I pay Phil money to put me through pain, and I enjoy it. Now I know what you're thinking, but no I am not sadistic. I'm just an normal average guy who really wanted to improve his life habits... nah who am I kidding, I mean the only reasons why guys work out is for the ladies amirite?

But in all seriousness, I've been working out with Phil for about a month now and it's been nothing short of amazing. I'm seeing my body transform in weeks, not months and I feel harder, better, faster, stronger (cue in DAFT PUNK).

Been training with Phillip for almost a month now and I have already noticed a tremendous amount of progress within this short period of time. I was always hesitant to get a trainer as I was always intimidated by going to the gym but I thought it was finally the time to get fit.

I met Phill and he made it so easy for me to workout and not feel scared to be there. He's so easy going and puts so much attention into how I'm feeling and gives amazing instruction into each workout. He really makes working out enjoyable and not intimidating.

Phillip is the best personal trainer I have had! He is super passionate about helping his clients get into shape and makes sure you have a good time at each session while pushing you to your limits. He is very patient and always explains thoroughly how to do each exercise. Also, he really takes the time to answer all kinds of questions I have for him about fitness.
If you are ever looking for a personal trainer, I HIGHLY recommend Phillip because he will get you the results that you want.

Phillip is a great coach and has provides the motivation I need to improve my health and fitness. He has a mass of knowledge and has an answer for all aspects that I struggle in. Ive been with phillip for two months now and I decided it was time to write this review

My goal was to become healthier and to be stronger in every way. Not only has my body changed but Ive also seen improvement in all aspects of my fitness. Phillip gave me so much advice on nutrition and pushed me to my limits every time I come in!

Training with phillip was the best decision Ive made last year and I can't wait to keep pushing myself!

Phillip is the man!!! If you want to LOSE WEIGHT and get your BODY BACK then you need Phillip as your personal trainer.

Not only will he walk you by the hand throughout your ENTIRE weight loss journey, he'll teach you exactly what you need to know to keep the weight off for GOOD!!

I've tried training with other personal trainers at 24, LA fitness, etc and I'll tell you right now they are NOT qualified to train ANYONE. Phillip actually cares about his clients. That's what makes him different from all these other trainers who get paid to sell more personal training sessions

Before I met Phill I did not like or enjoy fitness training , I heard lots of good things about him so I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did !!

I can't believe how much I changed as short as one month, I began to enjoy working out , I feel like I gain energy/stronger and my size are going down , now I can fit most of the small & even XS clothes including size 4@ lululemon, I enjoy the change !!

Phill is professional & patience to work with your goal , he would discuss meal plan , Marcos & workout routines with me and customize it , so basically everyone has different

For a solid year, I've been on a plateau with my strength training. I've watched many youtube videos, got verbal help from friends, and looked at professionals train but still could not go beyond of what I wanted, until I started training with Phillip. I came to Phillip looking for professional weightlift training and have no regrets with his services as he was able to push me to the next level with his expertise in fitness and nutrition.

Training with Phillip, I have learned and improved my form for many Chest, Back, Shoulder, Abs, and Leg exercises. I had some shoulder and bicep pain

PHIL IS AWESOME!! I came to Phil because I wanted to become stronger and leaner without sacrificing my happiness and health. My favorite quality about Phil is that he really cares for his clients and it shows through the extra time he puts in getting to know your lifestyle and tailoring workouts that fit. For example, he walked me through how to track macronutrients, which turned out to be way easier and simpler than I thought. It's not become a lifestyle and I love every day of it.

In terms of the workouts, they are CHALLENGING! I always leave sweating, tired, but feeling so good, knowing

Phillip has been an amazing trainer! Well, he's more than a trainer. He's not what you normally would expect for someone who just tells you what exercises you can do and what you should eat, but he's much much more. First he cares from the bottom of his heart. He first go through a detailed explanation of what fitness is and what he will do for you in the aspect of dieting/nutrition and training. He's into helping you to get a healthier life style. He wants you to have a life changing experience.
