Applied, was accepted above the amount of rent, scheduled an appointment to view apt..called day prior to be told the apt needed maintenance and they would call back in a week or two for us to see it . .ok 2 weeks go by...no contact, I text , no response then call only to be told they would have to check with the project manager to see how far along they were....ok so at this point DON'T say in the listing the apt is ready. What a hassle and waste of time. Go elsewhere if seeking an immediate answer, if apartment is listed as available then that should be available as soon as the application is
