We have been without hot water for almost 5 weeks now (in just our building!) started to question if it was even worth paying the bill this month LOL. And the Desk Manager was very distant during the whole thing, made it very questionable. We are hoping for a little money off of our rent for the month and maybe next. was quiet embarrassing having to go back and forth from friends/family to shower and do dishes.

Gps doesnt know where any of the apartments are which is the only frustrating thing. And the places are honestly disgusting. Roach and bed bug galore.

Worst apartments with little to no upkeep on everything including the parking lot. People are so rude and disrespectful, loud music and weed all day everyday. Paper thin walls apparently and I’m even hard of hearing. Doesn’t get much worse

The road through the community needs to be redone. The buildings also need better signage for finding the correct address/building. Other than that the community seemed nice.

Staff is amazing, they always make sure the property is clean and taken care of, asphalt has been done a few times by maintenance this year, I wish the asphalt held up better or the whole complex was re paved. the manager is great at her job and so good with the tenants. I love it here.

They have a impressive layout and take great care of the place but as with all good things come bad. They didn't have any available places and are very very picky about who they lease to. It was a somewhat disappointing experience to visit there.

Issue stemmed from neighbor complaining about son playing & simply "existing" despite many children who live throughout the unit. Went to management over course of months, not to complain but to 'inform" & "remind" management son is autistic & the neighbor's loud consistent knocking and banging above our heads only frightens my son and adds to the problem. I am then mailed an "eviction notice" stating I am "harassing" neighbor. Lived in several apartments & never had such outrageous allegations or an eviction notice. No investigation

TheTree's are SO GORGEOUS!!THIS TIME OF THE YEAR, I'VE BEEN TAKING PICTURES OF OUR DAUGHTER EVERY YEAR AROUND THIS TIME!!! SPECIAL TIMES COLLECTING LEAVES FOR CRAFTS HAVING fun WITH THE KIDDO'S THIS YEAR!
