Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

I can't say how it is living here, but I called for availability and spoke to Robin. I mentioned I've been looking for housing since January. She did say she was full. She also went out of her way to give me information and advice that she didn't have to. I felt compelled to leave a review for the awesome customer service.

Scheduled an appointment for a showing nearly a month in advance and about a week before my appointment, I get a text saying how I need to reschedule because there was a “calendar conflict.” That day is “full” now. How is it full NOW? I should’ve been able to keep my spot seeing that it was already scheduled. Then, they proceed to try and reschedule me for June 7th. I booked it and not even two minutes later I receive another text stating that THAT date was full. How?

I would like to welcome our new property manager and maintenance to Morris Square she has started to do some nice things around here. I have lived here 22 years in August I love it here and I have refer several tenants here so come out and take a look and see what Morris square have to offer you. I'm sure you will like it. and we have great water here and shopping next door and all around this area so I hope to see you drive through

Apartment hunting is a full time job!!! I did a lot of research and visited a lot of places looking for a place I could call home. The last place I visited were the Morris Square Apartments and I was hooked immediately. It is a gorgeous place. Apartment buildings are not all cramped up so it gives you an open space feeling. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of closets for storage. And let's not forget to mention location. Everything is close by, even the park to exercise and have some leisure time. I usually don’t write negative reviews but I feel like this needs some light shed.
We lived here for an entire year. Rent was always on time. We caused no issues. Three times management Robyn, as well as maintenance entered without notifying us by phone. The first time we weren’t notified at all, they just entered because of what they said was an emergency. Second and third time- They notified us BY email, and then entered our home 24 hours later- we weren’t home either times. Which makes us extremely uncomfortable. We’ve lived here since December 2019 and everything has been so far so good! During the covid 19 pandemic they’ve ran some specials, if we paid our April rent before the 1st we got $50 off for May, and if we pay before the first of June we get $100 off the following month. Maintenance has been great, when we were confused about our dishwasher and couldn’t work it he came right over to help us out. Laundry room next to office is also really clean, it’s only $1.50 to wash $1.50 to dry! We pay $750/month for a 2 bed 1.5 bath with a balcony! It’s been quiet, no issues so far :)

I have rented here for about a year and enjoy living here. Any problems are addressed promptly. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to live. This is specially important since I'm a current student at Kettering University and need the peace and quiet for my studying. It is also a close commute to school which is great. This has been a great experience thus far.
