I moved into Windsor Place in September 2021. My experience to date has been exceptional. Adam, my leasing agent, to maintenance, to the property manager, Kristin, have all made this whirlwind of a move from several states away better than I have hoped for from an apartment complex. They have been communicative, prompt, courteous and responsive every time I have interacted with anyone on their team. Thank you all for your time and professionalism!

The first time I talked to Melissa and Heather, I knew I am in the right place. From the on-tour to finally relocating, they played a huge role in settling down to a wonderful community. I've lived here about a week now with two roommates. I'll edit this review if it becomes necessary and add some pictures once all the boxes are gone:
The move-in process was super easy. I don't remember her name, but the woman who reviewed our lease agreement was phenomenal; she was kind, professional, and service-hearted each time we met with her and over the phone as well. The portal and payment system took a little bit to figure out, but that's expected. Amazon has a mail-hub on the property, and that has been very helpful.
The maintenance team seems speedy compared to some apartment complexes

Chose Windsor Apts as my new home 5 months ago as I lived here before and had a good experience. They are very good at keeping the grounds up and the exterior of the buildings. Can’t say enough about maintenance. Very pleased so far with my move. Offic e staff very professional and ready to help you with anything!

Melissa was so helpful and very sweet ! She was nothing but lovely throughout our (admittedly long on our part as first timers) application process. The response timing was also amazing, if you have a question they’ll respond within a business day! We love the apartment and the environment and cannot wait to get to know the community :)

I really grateful they hired such nice maintenance men to help up keep our apartments . A special shout out to our new maintenance man Jerry. He was so thorough with the vents he cleaned and he even cleaned the outside windows . I've wanted but been unable for four years. He's such a gentlemen and has incredible attitude , very good people skills! Thank you windsor for hiring him 😊

My boyfriend and I moved in a little over a week ago, and have really been liking the place so far. Audrey assisted us with finding a pet-friendly apartment and was able to move us in a little over a month after we first came in. She was excellent and kind to work with and was very professional and told us some cool dog parks and spots nearby to check out and walk our dog.
Our apartment was clean and in order moving in, and we had a few things we wanted maintenance to take a look at, and they came very promptly and left a note that everything was taken care of.

My girlfriend and I moved in a few weeks ago and we’ve been loving it. Audrey from the office helped us with our process moving in. She was very professional during the process. She also did it very quickly while working between both of my girlfriend and I work schedule. Everything is great around here to. The building is very quiet and the complex is in a great neighborhood. The area is great with everything being so close in a five mile radius such as grocery stores and restaurant. So far living here has been great!

Day two of my stay here at Windsor Place. It's been quiet, the view from my apartment is great, and I am very satisfied with how much room I have for a one bedroom apartment (Roseland). Audrey gave me my walk-about, which was a pleasant tour, and she really made me feel welcome to the community. She was excited to show me my apartment, which has some newly remodeled features in it, such as the bathroom. It looks amazing. The kitchen having two ways into it is very convenient as well! I was very surprised to learn I could paint the walls (you need to paint them back to white at the end of your lease
