I've been a client,spent 5000 in past and contacted them to use a Groupon for 150 $ and refused service,,, and said it's 300 $ and couldn't use it ?? As I had been a patient 2 years ago ?? So sent me away for 150 $ difference??? So you send a returning customer for a lose of 150 $?? As many other's companies are retaking them in this economy .There are spas on every corner offering the same ...will absolutely not ever return not good customer service as a return customer.

I just wanted to jump on here and let everyone know what a great experience I had! DR. Myers is amazing and so friendly. I recieved dysport and a filler, my forehead looks wonderful and my crows feet are almost completely gone. I also love that the filler makes underneath my eyes look great! They were sunken in and now, it's only been a week and they look great! I highly recommend Heron Med Spa, I will be going to Dr. Myers for all my needs.

I have been returning to see Barbara to help me remove my dark spots in face. I haven't taken care of my skin as I need to protect it. Barbara has been using a laser treatment. Every time I go in, she works on different parts om my face. I feel much better looking in the mirror and not seeing those dark sun spots.

Simply the best thing I could've done for myself. My results turned out wonderfully. Dr. Heron is a remarkable talent and makes you feel extremely at ease and wants you to be happy with your results. He is very genuine, and does not come across as scripted or fake. Just a great person and experience. The single best thing about my Liposuction surgery is that I have a waist now. My first mistake was choosing this practice when the Dr. sent me a quote sheet for AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PATIENT! HELLO, HIPPA?!?! The woman could sue! I will be contacting her to let her know.
My second mistake was agreeing to pay this place via wire transfer since they "weren't accepting credit card payments the day of surgery" when I had already put down a deposit, the contract CLEARLY stated I could pay by credit card, AND the receptionist said I could pay by credit cars no problem. I have always been apprehensive about cosmetic surgery but I just couldn't get rid of my lower Ab fat. From the first time I talked with Dr. Heron I knew I had made the right choice. He and his team were so welcoming and explained everything to me. My surgery was painless and they talked with me as throughout the procedure. This is my second round of lipo and I should have went back to my original doctor for round two.The first time I had regular lipo,this time smart with Dr.Heron. His incisions are absolutely horrible,he didn't go in through one location but instead I have about 8 ugly dark circles/marks on my back and stomach.I also have a terrible line/crease across the top of my stomach.As I've stated before,this isn't my first time have lipo so I know all the after care rules.My faja was worn pretty much 24/7,along with my ab board same as before.The creasing came from him removing uneven amounts

Mary Beth Brubeck is fantastic! I've been going to Heron for a few years, and although I was sad to hear Dr. Khal has left, I'm so glad they brought on Mary Beth. She is excellent! She was honest yet gentle in her assessment of what sort of injectables we should choose, and her use of them was fast and relatively painless.
I've seen a lot of different clinicians for Botox over the years (thanks, Groupon ) but Mary Beth has been the BEST ever.

I have been going to Heron Med spa for injectables for a few years. I was sad when Dr. Khal left, but I have to tell you his replacement is superb! Mary Beth is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She corrected the Spock effect that had occurred from past injections. Her approach has given me the best results and I'm glad I didn't leave this spa. Definitely a satisfied customer!

Please do your research!! I contacted Dr. Heron after my surgery 3 times about the peeling/scab on my stomach. He intended to tell me it was bruised/infected but never told me it was a burn. I got worried after the third time I went to see him and he stated to me it was infected, he took a picture and said to me "I am going to send this to my doctor friends and see what they think". That comment I then said, I am going straight to urgent care. I went to urgent care and the doctor stated I was severely burned and at the time pus was coming out

I went to see Mary Beth for some preventative dysport in my forehead and am very pleased with the results! I usually fly to my hometown in southern CA to get any beauty treatments done but I needed to find a place in the DC area. The spa is in Old Town Alexandria and is lovely, I will be coming back!

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN ! HERON THE BOTCHER ! He does not deserve not even one star...Please do your research , this individual does not deserve the title of doctor ! He left me with scar tissue , horrible burn on my skin , and worst of all a dented lop sided belly where he suction way too deep on one side , my stomach will never be the same . As a result i had to go to a REAL PLASTIC SURGEON to get a tummy tuck (i had a hard time finding a surgeon because of the severe damage to my belly ), and even tho the real surgeon did a great job and was able to remove the burn skin n the big dent on my stomach

Dr Khal is seriously the best. I went in for some Botox. I was fairly nervous but he calmed me down and reassured me. He wasn't hungry to sell me on anything he was willing to wait until I was ready. He's a great man and I love the office it's very clean and pretty.

Very unhappy with results. Worse than before I went. I was talked down to here, the nurses clearly didn't bandage me correctly and everything is uneven. Asked the doctor to come see him and he told he would get back with me and never did.

It's been just over a year and a half since I had my procedure. The disfiguration is still there and so is the pain. I also have numbness where I had the procedure done on my arms and upper thighs.
The disfiguration (lumps and dents) is so bad that when I had my routine physical, the nurse was unable to get a reading when using my left arm. Thankfully the right arm isn't as bad as the left.
I live in a warm and humid climate. I can't express how miserable it is to not be able to wear short sleeves. The pain still continues and the numbness is more prominent. If you&apos
