I had a consult with Dr. Cohen today and not only did he talk me out of filler I didn’t need, he was super honest and so nice! He could’ve easily told me I needed filler and I would’ve believed him. The rest of the staff are very nice too! I love the way the waiting room and front desk are decorated. I will definitely be coming back for some face treatments in the future!

I am not sure where to start! West End and Dr. Lauren Patrick is the ABSOLUTE best. I LOVE HER!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER! Sharronda, Amanda, Rita, Sheena, the ENTIRE team #amazing. Oh, I cannot leave out Dr. Hannan! Drs. Patrick and Hannan are artists who use their artistic talent to reshape you anatomically. This change, this transition, has a TREMENDOUS mental impact on you as well. One you could never expect. The procedure I received at Westend plastic surgery was micro needling with prp. I am EXTREMELY difficult to have blood taken as It’s very difficult to find veins. After having gone to a different establishment that gave up on me ,.. I came here and Sharonda was so dedicated in having a successful blood draw and went above and beyond to accommodate me.
Norah performed the procedure and was very thorough in explaining the benefits of this procedure and was very Kind and professional. They were both patient with me and appear to really have a passion for what they do and made me feel very comfortable

I’m glad I started going to West End for self care improvements. But what made it so much better was having Norah being the one taking care of me, she is amazing! She is so personable and so knowledgeable about the services she provides. The entire staff are super nice and so helpful. Amanda was so great about introducing me to the new treatment I wanted to do. She is also very knowledgeable about all of their procedures. I will definitely be back for future appointments!

I am quite disappointed of my appointment with Dr. Justin Cohen. I consulted for a revision rhinoplasty. The fact that he is not confident doing this revision does not bother me, I understand he cannot guarantee a successful outcome of the procedure. What was really annoying is that after weeks of waiting for this appointment, he literally took less than half a hour to discuss with me and to rather focus on morals such as “be happy in your life”, “focus on something else than your nose”, “go see a therapist or psychologist”, etc. so I had to remind him that I am a very happy wife and

I can’t say enough about Norah Clair. She puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Norah’s knowledge and technique are exceptional.
