TLDR; they'll lie to you to get you to spend more, but it's a nice facility
I had my first visit here a month ago for Botox for my jaw for my teeth grinding. I was really impressed with the facility. The office is stunning and the doctor and assistant were very friendly.
I paid $250 for the consultation fee. 150 is supposed to go towards treatment.
I paid $775 for the treatment (supposedly this included my discount from the consultation but idk)
I was told by the doctor that this facility charges by the 'treatment' rather than the vial and that if I needed more Botox next

So so bad. the toll this place has taken on my mental health is insane. I came in with a random hormonal flare up earlier this summer which quickly turned into intense acne spread across my entire face after being seen by Dr. Stovall. Dr. Stovall came in and MAYBE spent 5 minutes tops without examining my skin under my mask and immediately prescribed me a list of medication. I called back 2 weeks later because my skin could not handle me even touching it. The nurse assistant (camilla) said she would have the dr look over everything and call me back on Monday. I never heard back. I decided to make

Took my teenager, who has hormonal acne. Dr. Terrence Keaney has been so helpful the past two years. Always explaining in a way she understands, although writing it out as a visual might help her remember better. Valentina took the time afterwards as she was calling in prescriptions. So professional and knowledgable about Dr. Keaney's advice. Grace at the front desk was kind and patient as well. Even if I couldn't remember to speak thru the "covid" microphone. The office feels posh, but the service is friendly & professional.

I definitely recommend reaching them by email because they are a very busy practice and it can be challenging to get through. Its worth the wait though because Alex and Dr. Keaney are the best! I normally see Alex and she is very thorough and takes the time to listen to my concerns and is just kind in general.

The front staff and office itself are top notch. The first appointment with the doctor was great in terms of getting tons of pictures and them walking through their recommendations I got dermals and Botox to basically no real difference at all. While they give you "free touch ups" for the Botox, when the doctor and I looked at the before/after photos (to which we saw no real change in my face) he couldn't really say much in regards to the fillers . I'm not sure the quality of the fillers and Botox but I've seen no real improvement which is pretty disappointing. Given the

Skin DC is absolutely terrible with scheduling. I've been here 3 times now, and the last two times they have messed up the appointment times. Today I was scheduled to have something removed that included stitches, and I was told I wouldn't be able to work out for a week. As a fitness instructor, I had to cancel all of my upcoming classes. I get to my appointment time at 1:40pm, and they told me it was actually at 1pm and they will not be able to see me and I need to reschedule. All of the confirmations and my initial time was 1:40. Now I am out of the money I would have made from

Went to see this dermatologist for chronic eczema that's flared up during the pandemic:
She saw me for a total of 30 seconds, didn't address half my concerns (I wanted a sunscreen recommendation, and if she had any ideas on how to help with wrinkling from my dry skin), didn't listen to what I already said I was doing (moisturizing, applying topical steroids), looked at me pitifully, re-prescribed me medications I already use, and walked out.
If you actually need a dermatologist, don't go here. If you need a half-listening drone to prescribe you a steroid you already have,

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Stovall for a scalp, skin infection and was pleasantly surprised with the check-in process, the staff and Dr. Stovall. She listened carefully and explained my options thoroughly and I made a decision without feeling rushed or a bother. Thank you Dr. Stovall and nurse that was there, which I forgot her name :)

Pros: Drs are knowledge, easy to get appointments. Place is modern, very clean looking on the inside. Most of the staff is nice.
Cons: The reason for the one star, the way they handle insurance billing and the office manager Amber. I have a high deductible health insurance which means I owe nothing upfront (I even paid nothing upfront for a knee surgery) and it goes to the insurance company who then bills me what's left. Amber, the half dozen times I have been here, did not seem to understand how that worked. Every time I had to argue to get them to bill insurance, each time Amber argued

We have all been there....Getting up in years...wanting to look less tired. Decided to try some non-surgical procedures for the first time. I wanted to give this place a 5 star review but unfortunately, I can't.
Pros: Dr. Nagga is great, very knowledgeable, vast experience, and personable. Yes, she will suggest a plethora of treatments; is their business after all and it will be up to you to determine what you want/need. I chose some laser treatments and I am happy with the results and the overall experience with the cosmetic procedures. The staff in the back are efficient and effective.

Dr. Naga is wonderful - they are a very busy office so her visits are quick, but I've never felt rushed and she answers all my questions. The office is beautiful and I've never had to wait too long at my appointment time.
Would have given 5 stars but my last appointment I was handed a consent form to keep my credit card on file, which I declined. I was told I couldn't see the doctor unless I signed it, which is ridiculous - I was already there and had taken off work for the appointment. When I asked why the change in policy, the receptionist said they had a patient who wouldn&apos

Unfortunately, I think they have temporarily closed their offices and clinic. I have had three excellent treatments there. Unfortunately, I've been trying to make another appointment I could not reach a live person and all I got was voicemail over and over. Left my name and number and never heard from them. Called three or four times and left messages twice.
I think they may have closed their practice due to the small number of patients during COVID.
They are totally professional so very sorry to see them go.

I'm not sure why but my last stellar 5 star review got deleted... So here is an updated one based on all my positive experiences at SkinDC!
I initially had heard great things about Dr. Naga from friends of mine. When I finally decided it was time to start seeking a preventative approach for staying ahead of skin aging, I scheduled an appointment at her office, SkinDC. Parking is not hard to find at all in downtown Arlington (especially during COVID-19 restrictions while businesses are reopening!) since there are like 3 parking garages within the general vicinity of the office. The closest
