Living experience was okay but dont count on the laundry to ever work.
But look out when you decide to move! I spent two days making sure the place was spotless so I would recieve my full $400 deposit. Even… sent the keys overnight since I could drop them in drop box and moved out of town. Waited my 30 days even gave them another week before calling. They said they mailed it but it must have gotten lost in the mail. 14 days later and im still waiting. They have blocked my number and refused to give the corporate number. I have reported them to the BBB.

We have been in our duplex for about a month and half. So, far we have not had any major issues. Nor, do we expect any! Had the pleasure of meeting with the Mainenance guys early on. There were a couple of minor things that they immediately took care of! They were great! Any question I have had, the Office Lady has answered for me! Thanks, all!

Wonderful company. They were so understanding and helpful when we were trying to find our own home. As two young adults with no rental history, it's very hard to find a company willing to let you rent from them. But Springfield Development Company was great! The ladies at the office were so welcoming when we filled out our applications. I love that… they have strict rules about visitors at our apartment, they always have an eye on what's going on around here. It definitely makes us feel safe. Thank you guys so much for all your help and giving us a chance! We appreciate it all so much!
