Do not book here! -This place has closed and no longer in River Mountain Lodge. However, they still have an active website and will take your reservation for ski rental and send you a confirmation so you don't know that they are closed until you arrive! Very disappointing and negligent! 0 Stars but had to select a star to post!

We rented back in feb 2019. we had an amazing experience. our transit was delayed from airport so we had to come in last minute next morning to get our gear and they were wonderful. They also allowed us to have skip days in between and not return everything which was great. We were very pleased with their service and will use them again this year

This place is a complete rip off. First off I bought a snowboard hat from here and the sign on the rack said they were all 40% off, got up to the register and he tried to charge me full price after I clearly showed him there was a sign that said they were all 40% off. Then I rented a regular snowboard with bindings and boots. The board was already scratched up and when I went to return it the guy says, “Seriously that’s bad. My family rented ski gear yesterday evening from Peak Ski & Bike as we are staying at the River Mountain Lodge.
Today when we went to the slopes, our ski instructor would not allow my son to ski in his boots as they were so much to big around his leg that he called them dangerous. We rented a pair of boots there at the ski lodge so we would save our day skiing with the instructor.
When I took the boots back to Peak at the end of the day, I told the man what happened (the same guy that set us up), he only said, " you're not blaming me for this" and "he's old enough to know if they fit". My son
