Both front desk girls on Tuesday evening on 01/03/22 acted like they were annoyed with us just being in the shop
.. not once did they welcome my family , nor did they even say THANK YOU for stopping in ( we also made decent size purchase) .. I’ve had better service at a fast food drive thru . You would think a shop like that would just be a tad bit more personal… love the product but would not buy from here again ..

Awesome service! Bar-none the most friendliest people I have ever met. We meet mama the dog upstairs and everyone helped us navigate our reservation and the different options available. We didn't have reservations prior and they accommodated us. Will helped size out feet for the right size boots and explained why we need certain size. Adrian pick a killer demo board for me and spent alot of time to help me learn why I would like one board over another. Everyone there provided top notice service! I will always rent from them!
