John told me 6/11/20 that he would get my truck picked up at Copart within a couple of days so the fees wouldn't add up. after a week went by i called and he said it was going to get picked up Wed. another week went by without hearing from them so i called and he said that truck also got rerouted. I called and left 6 message for them to call me back and no one would call back. I called from a different number and finally got someone on the phone and they said they would get back to me and STILL no one would call back. by this time it has been at Copart 1 month and i had $680 in storage fees and

Worst experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. I would rather pay 3 times the amount I paid somewhere else. Took over a week to get my car towed to a shop and they have had my car for 3 days now. And its still hasn't been delivered.
