If you're thinking of moving here, do yourself a favor and don't. Management does everything they can to make this place look like a desirable place to live. They spend money on remodeling their office and the lobby but don't spend sh*t on the residence area. Hallways always smell like garbage. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting and super dirty. Maintenance requests through their online portal to unanswered. Receiving packages are always a headache. Packages always getting lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong building. There are constant car break-ins in the garage

My family and I have been looking for new apartments. We can wanted to tour skyline because we liked the location (being close to 280). In the leasing office, we were helped by Julian. My daughter is shy and he made an effort to make her feel comfortable, which I appreciated. He set up a self-guided tour for us see the open unit 118. Although the location was convenient, my husband works in Palo Alto and we decided that it was still a little far, so we went with a closer building.

Didn’t get security back for no reason and now they have collections calling me for 900 dollars even though I paid ALL bills which there is clear record of.
Management was solid when I first moved in then they changed companies and was horrible.Michele especially is super unhelpful and condescending as welll As Very un helpful staff. I changed my address through portal and with usps and never got a letter or email from

Do yourself a favor and don't live here. The building has significant issues and these issues have gotten worse with the new management.
First off, the smell. It constantly smells like garbage in the garage and all over the building. There are flies all over the place. Then there's the elevator that seems to have issues every single day! Multiple complaints I have made about the elevator and nothing gets done. The hallway carpets are all stained and decades old! Yes, DECADES! Packages are just left laying around in an area where they can easily be stolen by anybody. You're

There are holes all over the walls. Black spots on the floor. (See pictures)
The office staff, Michelle is unhelpful and condescending. By the time I showed up to view the apartment, they had jacked up the price by $300. When I asked why no one communicated this information as well as about the holes in the walls, Michelle said "if the rent is too much for you then you should look elsewhere. holes in the walls are part of the design." Look at the pictures. Does it look like "design" to you?
This is not about the money -- my current rent is about the same as this place's

We have been here almost two years and we love everything about living here!! The apartments are spacious, quiet, and have beautiful natural light. Most of all, the leasing and community managers-- Luis and Sherwin-- are amazing. They are so kind and helpful. Every interaction with them is wonderful. They build an amazing sense of community-- and I literally cannot think of any way they could improve. They are 100% perfect. We are very lucky to have them as apartment managers!!!

We have lived for one year at Skyline Terrace. The apartments are spacious and full of natural light. The apartment grounds and amenities are updated regularly. Most importantly, the apartment manager, Luis, is incredible. Luis goes the extra mile every day to make sure that the residents are happy and feel at home. Luis is the best apartment manager we have ever encountered. His friendliness, diligence, and dedication to his job create a great sense of community among the residents at Skyline Terrace.

This property is well maintained and clean. It's obvious the prior service manager here took pride in the facility which translated into the confidence displayed by Luis while we were on tour. Luis did a great job communicating to my wife and son who are less experienced in these matters and we greatly appreciated that.

This review is of my move-in experience at Skyline Terrace on 10/23. I was greeted by Luis who showed me to my new unit. The original unit was not to my satisfaction, and Luis took the time to ensure that i was able to lease a space more suitable and to my liking. He was empathetic to the fact that i had just flown in from the east coast and worked diligently with Sherwin to rectify the situation. Once my new space was solidified, Luis personally helped to move furniture items that had been ordered prior to my arrival, and placed in the former unit. He helped to move large furniture items as well

Murray and the team at Skyline Terrace have been overwhelmingly helpful, from the moment I first toured the property. The rental process was painless (I think it literally took just a couple hours to get everything set up). Murray worked with my mover to ensure an easy move-in and he and Alfredo, the maintenance supervisor, were extremely responsive in resolving a couple of minor issues that I noticed after move-in. (And I am thrilled with the views from all of the main rooms.) I'm looking forward to calling Skyline Terrace home.

I am so happy at Skyline! The location is perfect for me - close to 280 - and yet it's still quiet at night. I don't hear any road noise at all. I wanted a larger apartment with a shady deck and I got it. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, even coming to work early so I could pick up my keys due to early arrival of the moving company. I feel fortunate to be here.

Skyline Terrace offers a unique, one-of-a-kind experience that is hard to find in upscale apartment communities these days. The building is an excellent example of Mid-Century design. The size of their units easily rival modern day counterparts- one bedrooms north of 900 square feet! And the views... the property is positioned regally on a hill overlooking the bay and beyond... What a treat to come home and see the panoramic sights on a daily basis. Murray made moving in a breeze!
