Bridgepointe leasing center is very horrible and unprofessional!!!! Their working hours are suppose to be from 9AM to 6PM, but for most of time they aren’t in the office , and the office is closed for most of the time during work time. I saw many residents came to the leasing office asking for help , paying rents but ended up no one is at the office. Even I called the office many times in the past 3 days but no one answers the phone nor the emails .
I gave 2 stars for the nice location, at least this place is very close to the airport , very quiet, and you can go to San Mateo downtown in 9 minutes

Our apartment home has always been a nice place to live with great amenities. The one thing that was missing was good management- but not any more! I absolutely love the new property manager! She really listens to the tenants, is proactive and completes requests in lightening speed. Plus the office has been holding multiple events in the clubhouse! Good management is invaluable- and this change has made all the difference! It has went from great to PERFECTION.

It is a nice apartment overall, but the garbage collection car in the morning is too noisy and it comes nearly every morning at 7:20 am and wakes you up, the management team just says that they can do nothing..... If the new management team sees this, can you do anything please??? When I call the leasing you nearly never replied

Wow! It is true what the say in these reviews.
There is a serious parking situation in this location. Parking Spots that were once on a first come first serve basis, are now being charged. There is also not enough guest parking for visitors , since it is now being taken by resident.
Maintenance Service is not responsive. It can take months before you can get any service.
Apartments hallways and entrances are rarely cleaned. It is not unusual to find trash, cigarette, spill marks around in hallways.
It is sad because apart from PG&E bills being $500 a month due to the apartment being all electric

This is the worst apartment management team I have ever met!
1. They started charging all parking spaces including those they promised to be first-come first-get ones since 06/01/2021. You have no choice but to buy a second one. There are still many spots left so definitely not parking availability issue. I was assigned a spot but because the parking change started at 06/01/2021 and my spot was taken until then I was not able to move. On 06/01, they enforced this change without giving any reminder or warning. No, nothing. They have your plate number, your phone, your email and your resident account

All I can say is the new management that took over last year really sucks. Now they’re even trying to charge for ALL parking spaces including ones that were available as guest parking prior. A lot of people have moved out so I know this isn’t a parking availability issue. I will not be renewing though I’ve been here for almost 3 years.

I've been living here for about 5 months. Overall, I like it. I'd give it a 3.5 stars.
The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. I get the occasional sports nights or food grilling, but nothing to be obnoxious about. The maintenance crew is hardworking, down-to-earth, and cool. They're always hustling to keep the place clean. Thank you!
Also, I enjoy grabbing a quick bite and shopping for home goods without having to drive. Across the street, there's Target, Hobby Lobby, Armadillo Willy Bbq, Chitpotle, Pandas Express, Marshall, Starbucks, and Home Depot.

Currently staying here for 2 weeks. Lovely place. Has a nice pool and gym (see photo) and a lot of green spaces for pets and kids. Has Target, World Market, Toys R Us etc, just 5 minutes walk away. Not too convenient if you need to get to a train station. I believe the nearest is Hayward Park Caltrain station which is 20-30 minutes walk. Apartment is spacious and clean with proper kitchen, stove, washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave oven, etc. Can improve on the external cleanliness. Selected spots near the trash area has tons of houseflies and certain signboards are just full of cobwebs.

Bridgepointe was decent under the old management, but ever since Alliance took over management I have encountered nothing but problems. Every week the management was inspecting the apartments for various reasons that they could have compiled into one disturbance.
I also gave the office over two weeks notice of my moving pod being on the location… and they sent out an email saying that no notice was given and that they were about to have the pod vacated from the premise (with all my belongings inside), and the day I was going to turn in my keys, they email me at 2:15pm saying that the office
