Mold in the Home The first thing to understand about mold is that there is a little mold everywhere - indoors and outdoors. It's in the air and can be found on plants, foods, dry leaves, and other organic materials. It's very common to find molds in homes and buildings. After all, molds grow naturally indoors.

I hired Kobalt Inspections for a new home I wanted to purchase. When the inspector arrived which amazed me because he got there 30 early just to make sure he was in time. The house looked like it was in great condition but at then end of the inspection we had a small consultation and he found so many problems with the house that I ended up not purchasing it. I greatly appreacitae the honest and hard work that Ed but into this inspection. I am still looking for another property but I can assure you I will be calling Kobalt Inspections again.
