Absolutely pathetic service. Rude staff. They made a mistake on our order and would not fix it without us paying for a new breakfast. They kept saying "I am not responsible." "You will have to buy a new one." Unkind and rude. I had high hopes for this place.

Good coffee and food but service can ruin an experience. It's a shame that such a nice cafe that does good work with pastries and coffee has it spoiled by their employee, but unfortunately that is the plight for many seemingly sound businesses. Had the experience of ordering breakfast and got the wrong order. The cashier tried to blame me for ordering the wrong item and I legitimately thought she might have just punched it in wrong difference between the items was a number I.e #1 vs. #2 and it is a completely reasonable mistake from either end especially considering she was not very fluent

I ordered online for pick up a croissant with cheese, bacon and 2 eggs over medium at 11:44 AM, it showed that my pick up time was at 11:59 AM. Due to a lengthy meeting I was not able to pick up my food until 12:35am. This being said, I arrived to the coffee shop and I asked the lady behind the counter where I could pick up my order, and she said that there were no orders in their system. It wasn't until I saw her tap on the iPad to ACCEPT my order, that she said "oh, we just got it." This made me very upset, because I had place my order almost an hour prior to picking it up. She asked me if I

Great little cafe on the corner of the 200 block of 71st street in miami beach. The people are jice, coffee is great and the food is delicious. The almond croissant was well made! Prices are decent for the location. I totally recommend if you are on vacation nearby.

Terrible service
Placed order online that wasn't even looked at until I got there and waited on line. My food was ready and i saw it bagged up so i went to ask, no help from the server so I assumed that meant it wasn't mine. I waited for another 15 minutes and went up and it was mine the whole time. Servers were rude about it and wouldn't help me. Coffee was pretty good when I finally got it but the food had no flavor after waiting 30 minutes for it. My coffee was cold by the time my food got to me. Rude servers.

Our stay in Miami was a nightmare. We want to thank Cachito Coffee and Bakery for beeing the only bright spot in these two days. The breakfast here was a highlight to us. The almond croissant is outstanding! I‘ve been to France several times and can assure: you can‘t get a better croissant there! It is just perfect!
The prices are very fair, by the way.

Amazing! We got the combo 3 breakfast, guava and cheese croissant, house made chicken salad on a baguette, cheese and mushroom empanada, and beef and raisin empanada. To my surprise, my favorites were the chicken salad baguette with raisins and the beef and raisin empanada. I was hesitant about the raisins in my savory food at first but one bite changed my entire outlook on it. It was delicious so if you’re hesitant as well just give it a try and you will not regret it. She also gave us a chicken empanada on the house and not to mention that the coffee here is superb. The perfect breakfast in

Great neighborhood spot with coffee, croissants, empanada, cubans, smoothies, and fresh squeezed juice. I had the Chagachino and my husband had the latte. Both were delicious. We shared an fresh squeezed orange juice and it was yummy!! My husband raved over the nutella croissant and we even came back for a second one later! Parking on the street out front was easy.

Horrible customer service unfortunately. We paid $40 worth of food including a BLT with country bread instead of in a baguette. When we got our BLT's, both were in the baguettes instead. We kindly asked at first if we can change it to the bread that we ordered, even use the fillings to switch it onto bread instead. The lady refused, saying that we ordered no such thing and absolutely refused to fix our order. She even refused to give us a refund for the sandwich even when it was untouched. To quote her, "If you don't like it, you can just leave."

Not bashing on the food, but

I used to love the espresso here, now it's watery. Egg and cheese sandwich was a barely toasted piece of bread with nothing on it (no butter) rubbery eggs and partially melted cheese.

But really, the worst of it-- the girls working at the cash register and the blond barista (!)*. They are beyond rude, it's like they're zombies. No one smiles, and they don't say hello or thank you. The barista especially-- Just a mean, negative energy. It's an awful way to start your day.

The empanadas are good and the kitchen staff is always friendly. One star for each!

I have come to Cachito a few times because of its proximity to my place. Every time I go it seems to get worse. Today, I ordered the bagel and lox and my girlfriend ordered the breakfast burrito. The bagel was barely toasted and the it looked like it was put together in a hurry. The breakfast burrito was cold. I come to this place for a quick breakfast. I went up to ask what was taking so long and received some attitude from the cashier. The food ended up taking 40 minutes to come out. Coffee is good though. Their employees also did not speak good English which made things difficult.

Great prices especially for being on the beach. I saw a lot of people done eating and just hanging out. I don't blame it's such a cute place ! However I had to stand and wait until people got up to sit and eat.
As for the food 9/10
The croissant was so soft, buttery and flaky ! 15/10
The egg was good 10/10

What a neat little coffee shop! I ordered an eggs, spinach and tomato sandwich that came on a flaky melt in your mouth croissant and a cold chai tea with almond milk- sprinkle of cinnamon on top was a nice addition. Husband had the same sandwich but on a bagel and an americano coffee. Busy place with good neighborhood vibes.

We both ordered cortaditos which were very strong and not at all sweet. Great coffee, little business but really busy w locals this am.

Was on the hunt for a coffee shop near Miami Beach that was delicious but also not super expensive! This place is the right place!!!!

I had a cold brew & chicken empanada- loved both. My friend had a Cortadito & a chocolate croissant- which she gave two thumbs up!

If you want to grab a quick coffee and a small bi, this is the place!

I really like this place. The coffee was amazing; my bf ordered an ice hot chocolate [which I'd never heard of] but it was delicious!
The chocolate croissant, lovely ❤️😋
The only disappointing part are the small cups. You want to keep drinking more but there is no more 😭😂

We had guava and cheese and Nutella croissants and a breakfast wrap that was so good that I would drive from west palm and battle Mario Cart and construction woes to eat here every weekend if I could.

It was a bit of a wait for the wrap, but they kept bringing hot fresh croissants every few minutes omg.

I have a green squeezed juice that was amazing.

Excellent! The dulce de Leche latte is delicious and the guava and cheese croissant is incredible. The line wraps around but don't be intimidated... it's because they only allow a few people in the shop to order at a time, clean and well kept. The wait is worth it. A small quaint coffee shop.

Generally while I'm on a trip I prefer to switch it up but everything was so good I visited every morning. So thankful I found this little gem. Short walk to the beach. I'd grab my coffee and croissant and head to the beautiful beach just a short walk and sit and enjoy everything while

The customer service was good. Coffee was good . Didn’t like the chi latte. Macha late taste like grass. The croissants were ok. The Nutella was great. The chocolate was ok. But overall the layout was very relaxed. I did like the fact that they were clean. There is hand sanitizer everywhere. It’s worth if you definitely don’t want to pay for over priced Starbucks coffee that is not even that good.

Wide variety of coffee & cafe items with yummy looking pastries and empanadas. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches en route to an airboat tour.

They were freshly made and the perfect on-the-go sandwiches. Filling & portable, definitely recommend!

The empanadas were delicious. They bake them here and I was lucky to be on time to get a spinach and cheese one. I also ordered a red eye coffee with milk and the chocolate croissant. It was filled with Nutella. Everything was really good here. The only annoyance was the line was short but things were taking awhile. Friendly workers nonetheless.

Mera's Tip: get an empanada. They sell out fast.
