We stock an Entron control in our shop ensure we get your machine up and running quickly. We can also install, on our floor, welding controls from major manufacturers such as Entron, Medar, Robotron, Unitrol, and WTC. We have in stock a large number of spare parts (electrodes, shunts, transformers, welding cables, valves, and airline components).

We are pleased to be able to sell Mallory (CMW), Tuffaloy, Tipaloy, and Pacific electrodes and electrode holders in any quantity desired. Typical delivery is only a few days. Whether a straight tip, or double-bend electrode, we can get it for you. I've enlarged this section now at the request of many customers to include information on Stud welding and Nut welding electrodes.
We also stock loaner boards, panels, and parts for many of the older controls, including Robotron and Weltronic. As a service to our customers, we stock a new Entron EN1000-1200E control. If your machine goes down, and you need a replacement control, we can keep your machine's down time to a minimum, and get you up and running again.
We have had several customers asking for cooling systems, due to the cost of city water. We offer several systems for our customers, but sell mostly the Dynaflux systems. These are self contained systems that can be hooked up to individual machines, or if the system is big enough, to more than one machine.
In the same theme as the above machine, we have recently finished and shipped a robotic version of our A-frame machine. The machine shown below had 16 guns, four transformers, and was fired using a cascade control. With this machine, the operator pushes the jig into a holder which is automatically fed through the machine.
