I'll begin by acknowledging that the office manager is going to reply that they are addressing the issues. But, their history demonstrates that they haven't and likely won't. I base this upon the many other reports that are remarkably similar to mine.
The reports of patients being pressured to agree to treatments is highly accurate. I was lied to, straight to my face, that my wife had asked for me to finance two crowns. As validation, my wife works outside the US and has complete coverage from her employer and would not need two crowns from this dentist. But the person explaining

Just had my 6 month cleaning and check-up, and Dr. Klenke, Abby, and Adriana were fantastic, as always! I am in the medical field, so I am very familiar with all the necessary safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID19 and every single staff member went above and beyond what is being recommended by the CDC, the AMA, and the American Dental Assoc. - which is what I expected because they consistently have gone above & beyond on every aspect of my families care for the last 20+ years! Dr. Walters is GREAT. She has a wonderful "bedside manner", is patient and knowledgable. Her office keeps up with dental trends/technology, which I appreciate, as it seems to result in shorter visit with better results.
Her office staff is responsive and pleasant and her facility is always super clean!

For anyone looking for a new dentists' office, I recommend coming to Wurzbach Parkway Family Dental. The staff is friendly and so are the doctors and hygienists. I've had my fair share of anxiety about going to the dentist but I was able to talk with my hygienist and she made sure I felt comfortable the whole time during my appointment. I never have to wait a long amount of time whenever I am waiting to get called. For my cleanings they usually have my in and out of there within the hour which is great!

Recently relocated to San Antonio and found Dr. Klenke's office through a family friend. The dental hygienist was extremely polite and very thorough. Dr. Klenke also saw my 4 year old daughter and made us aware of a potential issue in her future years that no other dentist had taken note of. Awesome customer service at WPFD. My husband and I were visiting San Antonio from out of state when on a Friday morning my molar crown came off during breakfast. We went through an online list of top-rated dentists in the area and found the Wurzbach Parkway Family Dental to be open. The very nice receptionist was able to fit me in that morning. I was given a dental exam and a couple of x-rays to be sure that there was no serious problem and Dr. Kevin Klenke cemented the crown back on. What a great office! My teeth problems began 55 years ago, so I have been to many dentists in many locations. Dr Kevin Klenke is at the top. He has significant skills, cares about every aspect of each procedure, is very thorough in explaining the problems and alternatives, and performs the processes exactly as discussed. The crown replacements that Dr. Klenke performed have been exact fits making eating and flossing significantly better. He only uses the best instruments and materials. And he's very nice.

Unfortunately, I am concerned with either the judgement or trustworthiness of one of the dentists at this office. I was told that I had six cavities which needed work done while at my last cleaning. Shortly after that cleaning I moved cities due to a change in jobs. I scheduled an appointment with a reputable dentist in town as I thought I needed major dental work. My new dentist examined me and told me I had ZERO cavities. He reassured me that there was no dental work that

I first went to this office right after I moved here from California because I'd lost part of a filling. Very small. Like half the size of a piece of rice. Took an inordinate amount of time and I had to meet with five people before it was over, I became a little suspect when the dentist completed his exam and then disappeared. Before they would do the repair I had to sign off on the costs. In my seventy years, I've never had a dentist do that. It ended up costing me over $400 which I thought a bit excessive.

Staff is amazing. Dr. Klenke is extremely thorough & spent probably an hour a good 15 minutes for the exam portion and a good 45 minutes explaining rationale and answering all my questions on top of the many recommendations he had for me.
I had Dr. Walters extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth a couple weeks later. There was a little confusion regarding the chauffeur on the day of the appt; no one ever informed me that my ride would need to be present in the waiting room for the entire duration of the procedure which was a little frustrating but not something I would consider to be a major inconvenience

Cracked a tooth last night and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Not only were they able to get me in at 8:00, but I got my crown within a few hours as well. Dr. Walters was great and so was Audria.
Being in the Medical field, I have a grasp of how to treat patients properly and they exceeded my expectations. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.
