Dr. Wiseman is a very knowledgeable doctor and has been very pleasant during my encounters with her. Unfortunately her staff(specifically, the medical assistants and administrators) do not reflect her level of professionalism. It is very difficult to get simple questions answered and it usually takes multiple calls and voice messages to get a response or authorization for medicines. Other providers have complained about the difficulties in getting in touch with office staff for records and authorizations. In reading previous reviews, this seem to be a continuous theme that needs to be addressed

Like many others here- when you actually talk to someone, it’s great but getting ahold of someone and the follow through is terrible. it’s easier to drive the 30 minutes to the office to talk to someone than it is to try to reach ANYONE by phone. I’m on a prescription that should be good and I let the dr know that the pharmacy can never reach anyone for the authorization requests- she said it would be taken care of. I order my prescription yesterday and of course today I get a message that the pharmacy can’t reach anyone yet again to handle what I was told would already be taken care of

I truly cannot express how thankful I am for this practice. I have been treated with kindness and immense care by every staff member I have encountered here. The nurses and assistants are beyond attentive and genuinely care for the patient. I have just received a treatment plan from Dr. Laura Biehl, and even if this particular treatment plan doesn't provide me relief, I am confident that Dr. Biehl will work to figure out a solution. Worse experience on the phone. I called to speak to someone about getting treatment for a skin rash. Spoke to someone for a brief moment and they said they'd check with someone in the office. I thought I was being placed on hold but for some reason I was sent to the office's voicemail. I called back nine times and each time I was sent to voicemail. Extremely disappointed in the lack of transparent communication and response.

My wife recently had a procedure done recently with Laura, and she did an expert job. She and her assistant were both very helpful both in performing the procedure and in explaining to us how to help the wound heal after the operation, and as a result the surgical site is almost completely back to normal after only a couple of weeks.

I have been visiting this place for more than one year now. The doctors and the nurses are really nice and polite. I have been treated by Dr Shetty before and now by Dr Weisman. The experience has been really good. What I don't like is the wait time. For 10 mins visit, they make you wait for approximately 45 mins. Never in all my last 7 - 8 visit I have got out within 30mins. I go for my shots once in 3 months but still it take 45 mins. Please please don't do this to your patients. Value your as well as our time.

Have been to this office several times over the last year and I will not be back. Even though Dr. Shetty is great, office staff needs more training. I have been trying to get a prescription refill for over a month. I've called, my insurance has called an NO ONE will return calls or let me know if they will even provide new rx. I read that someone received a bill 7 months after a visit. I got one 3 months after. Also had a procedure done and it was sent to my insurance as cosmetic and it certainly was not. I can't even get anyone to talk to me about that. Was told by someone in billing that there
