Dr. Robertson is board certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic surgery. He has been practicing dermatology and Mohs surgery in Atlanta for over 36 years. He was the founding program director of the Mohs Micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology fellowship at Emory University and founding member of Atlanta Dermatologic Surgery Consultants, P.C.

Outstanding care and exceptional people. Nina Singh PA has been treating my 16 yo's acne and done a wonderful job. Caring, compassionate, and very thoughtful. Dr. Kim is the best. I live in Cartersville which is approximately 45 miles the MetroDerm office but I drive down to the office to see Dr. Kim. She always gives me a wonderful examination and I know that she cares about me as a person. She has completed several surgeries on me and I trust her completely. I definitely recommend Dr. Kim without reservation.

The office wasted my time, provided misinformation about billing, and was unresponsive, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
I was quoted an amount for a consultation and was told I could use insurance. The office charged $100 more than the amount quoted for the visit, and it actually cost me more to use insurance than to not use insurance.
When I tried to get an explanation or support from the billing department, the representative was combative and unhelpful. Her supervisor didn't call me back despite repeated attempts and messages.

Always friendly staff and appointment was on time. Nina is always extremely thorough with her screening exams so I feel confident that she won’t miss anything. I have been seeing Dr. Dirk Robertson for many years, and think that he is an outstanding physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very patient-focused. Dr. Robertson and his staff are also very friendly and personable, and it's a delight to have an appointment with him. In my most recent experience, I had three "problem areas" which he took care of quickly and professionally....and made sure that all appropriate tests were arranged. I honestly have to update my review that I put on Google based on my recent and total experience of seeing Dr. Gregory Haunson. I initially saw him back in July and during my first visit, I told him that I already saw two other Dermatologists who put me on medication that didn't work for my skin condition. During that visit, he puts me on the same medication and tells me to come back in 3 months for a follow up appointment. As expected, the medication didn't do anything for my skin condition. During my second visit, he tells me I should see an ENT or plastic surgeon to resolve the issue

After seeing a) 5 star reviews on Google; b) 4.8 star reviews on zocdoc and c) receiving 3 recommendations in response to my post seeking a dermatologist specializing in ethnic skin and hair (paraphrasing) - I was super excited to meet with Dr. Alford.

I highly recommend getting a treatment from Ray Hall! He is their Clinical Director of Aesthetic Services at the Sandy Springs location. Ray gave me a Platinum HydraFacial and it was fabulous!! Ray is so knowledgeable on customizing skincare and recommending appropriate services and best of all, makes the experience very enjoyable!! I will definitely be back!

The worst! The staff is rude and condescending...they act as if they don't care about retaining clients. We were going there as self pay despite the fact that we did have insurance just because the location was good. I would rather drive 100 miles to see another dermatologist before I visited that office again. Do not go.

Update: Furthermore, they continue to charge me for this unnecessary biopsy. They sent me to collection for $1000+ for a bill I never recieved. This Dermatology practice lied to my face, took my money for unnecessary procedures (confirmed by my new dermatologist), and has ruined my credit. Please do your research and find a more honest dermatology group.

I took my daughter to the Lilburn location. Shaeyla was especially wonderful with scheduling the appointment, and really went the extra mile. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Dr. McClure was so nice, and talked to my daughter through the entire minor procedure, to take her mind off of it. She said it never even hurt. Even though there were many people in the waiting room, the wait time was more than fair, including the procedure. I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Neckman is absolutely fabulous! The office staff is wonderful too. Everyone is kind and caring and they are conscientious of wait times. Dr. Neckman is compassionate and thorough. She called me to follow up and make sure I had seen improvement in my condition. She definitely takes a personal interest in her patients.

Made an appointment a month ago for my daughter and arrived for the appointment today and they had messed up on their end with the appointment and we were unable to be seen. Our family has been a patient of metro derm for more than 15 years. This situation was not handled well by the office and we were unfortunately the ones to pay the price.

Extremely expensive, but the service is the worst. Went to see Nina Singh twice in one day and she refused to see me, claiming she was too busy; she is not even an MD. She seems personable when talking to you but keeps you waiting more than 30 minutes past your appointment and then rushes in and out. So the charges is approximately $400.00 for a wait in the waiting room. It's okay for Metroderm for you to wait over 30 minutes but if you show up 30 minutes late, you will be rescheduled, never mind the 30 minutes one way drive to get there. Perhaps more doctors and PA's should be hired
